Hotel and staff are great. Location was very close to everything. Train is only a half block away. It’s very clean and nice. They provide PJs, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving kits, make up remover pads, q-tips, hair elastics and disposable face clothes everyday your there. The only down fall is the rooms are tiny. The double bed rooms are only 2 twin sized single beds, but I would stay again without a doubt. Staff is very nice and helpful and it’s very very clean.

We had a very nice stay here - staff seemed really helpful and nice overall (upon request we got some phone chargers and they keep a few adapters as well). Our room was comfortable (if a little small, although I understand this is common in Tokyo) and located in a convenient spot to get around, the metro entrance is literally around the corner. There are convenience stores/some restaurants in the area as well. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but hands out 1 bottle of water every day and has a free coffee machine in the lobby (plus some free bread/pastries in the morning). Overall, the room was quiet and the bed comfortable.
I would have preferred an option to only have the trash taken out, maybe cups washed (plus maybe some new towels.) We asked the room to be cleaned on the 2nd day and they will change all the sheets/pyjamas, which felt excessive to me. So I'd really prefer that option. If one doesn't require cleaning, they will hand a bag with towels/water on the door.

Location was less than 100 feet away from the Hanzomon line exit. A Lawson and Family Mart conveniently around the corner from the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was a variety of bread and tea (perfect for a cold winter morning). Room size was expected for Tokyo, which suited our needs as we had brought a backpack and an empty duffel bag for gifts that ended up being filled before the middle of the week. My boyfriend and I would definitely return.

The location is perfect and a 2 minute walk to the Hanzomon line. The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating and the property is beautiful! The free coffee in the lobby is great and ready at 6:30am.
Our room description said it was the size to accommodate a family of 4, however, my husband is 5’11” and my 11 year old son is 5’3” and I myself am 5’4” our room was two twin beds pushed together and myself, my husband, and our 2 sons had to share the bed. It was really tight and uncomfortable. I know next time to find rooms that accommodate more than 4 people based on Japanese standards. I feel a family of 3 with a small child or a couple will fit comfortably. Lastly, it would have been nice to have free tv, the menu on the tv were for purchasing movies not even the local news is provided. There is no closet and if you have a lot of luggage it will be a very tight fit. I think this hotel is best for couples or families of 3 only.

Hotel is in a solid location relating to the city layout and on a perfect one relating to the nearest metro (1min walk to metro station that goes directly to Shibuya). There are nice Izakayas near the hotel and also Family mart is practically in the hotel (next door), so all this makes the stay very convenient. Rooms are small, but very functional. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. Beds and pillows are 10/10 comfortable and the provided pajamas are an extra bonus.
Some additional dusting could be useful. For those hoping for a window view, sorry, just the wall of the building next door. Free bread products in the morning are all on the sweet side, so if you like something salty, be prepared. Some storage space in the rooms would be useful as two people and two suitcases create a crowd.

Location: Quiet area, not in the heart of Tokyo but having the Hanzomon station nearby makes it easy to travel around. Family Mart and Lawson are just a few steps away as well for convenience. Cleanliness: Hotel looks pleasant from the outside and inside. Rooms are clean when we checked-in and they offer daily cleaning if preferred. Staff: Staff went out of their way to assist us.
Pastries/Bread offered during breakfast should be rotated every other day at least so that those staying for a week won't get tired of them. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Excellent hotel and very close to the Imperial Gardens and more importantly Hanzomon Subway station and the vast network so easy to get from their around the city, especially the lively Shibuya area. Very clean and tidy hotel. Our room was small but fine as all we wanted was somewhere comfortable to shower, change and sleep. If you are in Toyko and need to spend time in your hotel room, you are in the wrong city! Staff very helpful even through limited English and Japanese! Complimentary coffee and teas all day in reception plus simple bread and pastries in the mornings.
Rooms could have been a bit bigger but an excellent set-up and in the heart of the city, 100 meters from a Subway station at a very reasonable price.

- very close to the metro (Hanzomon line) - staff let me check in an hour early - room was on the smaller side, but not cramped, it looked modern and stylish - free nightwear, toothbrush, hairbrush, razor - new towels hanging on the door every day - friendly housekeeping and front desk staff - free coffee and breakfast baggy with treats - fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby - very quiet location and soundproof room - konbini, bars and restaurants nearby - comfy beds, pillows and blanket (not too hard like a lot of other hotels in Japan)

The property is very modern , nice and clean. I loved everything about it, The metro station is next door, very clean and helpful. Complimentary coffee and snacks in the morning was great. They provided a charger for my phone as mine did not work. Amazing time and location was great for travelling and seeing Tokyo.
The size of the room was very small and made it difficult to move. My friend and I are petite and we struggled but everything else is perfect. This is the only thing we struggled , so make sure to pick a room for your size.

Really clean room with some nice small touches that made the stay more comfortable. Very close to the MRT, some nice restaurants, and convenience stores which was really good after a long day of sightseeing. Simple breakfast provided in the morning which was also really nice.
There was nothing not to like. Rooms are snug, but this was out experience in all the hotels we stayed in whilst in Japan.
