The view from the room, if you get the right one, on the imperial palace is wonderful at any time of the year. It is difficult to surpass in Tokyo. Just make sure that you do not get the room facing the street. If you take the cheapest rate, that is what you will probably get.
The restaurants seem to be highly occupied with the business crowd. I could not get a reservation, but the front desk staff guided me to a nice restaurant that was probably much cheaper.

This is a modern hotel with nice furnishings right across from the Imperial Palace in central Tokyo. The room was compact but sufficient for my wife and I. We appreciated that the room had a separate sink outside of the unit bath so that whomever was not bathing could still use a sink and mirror. The view of central Tokyo was very nice. The hotel is located near (5-10 minute walk) to a couple subway stations, and several convenience stores and local restaurants are within a short walk.
No complaints at all. Very nice hotel, and a bargain for the price.

The location has a nice view of the city out your big hotel window. The room seems typical of all Japanese hotels. The location is a LONG walk from the station. There are subways and busses nearby. We stayed for the view, and we were not dissaponted.
There is not room service, and the restaurant will not allow you to take food out to bring to your room. You have to leave the hotel to bring food up to your room. And there are not many restaurants nearby.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Gand Arc Hanzomon. The service was incredibly professional; we were greeted warmly, and the check-in process was fast. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The view from the window was outstanding, almost magical. There was ample space, and upon request, we were provided with a smoking room. I highly recommend this hotel due to its excellent location. The restaurant was also delicious and highly recommended.

I can relax to lie down on the bed and see the best city view of Tokyo day and night. The room and bathroom are clean and tidy, with good lighting control and enough electric plugs. The staffs are polite and helpful. For the breakfast, you can choose Japanese or western style so this is my first time trying a traditional Japanese-style breakfast, it's good. The location is beautiful because it is near to Imperial Palace, you can have a nice walk or jog around there (however it's only one subway line, easy to go Shinjuku station but not Tokyo station).
The heating is a little weak.

This hotel was very close to the Hanzomon metro station, which was super! Friendly staff at the reception (they offered me a Japanese socket to use, had to fill in a document so they were sure I would bring it back at the end of my stay) and at breakfast. The room was wonderful with a nice view on Tokio and the Emperor gardens. The size of the clean and cozy room was suprisingly large for Japanese standards. A very comfy bed and housekeeping made sure that all articles were daily refilled/replaced. You need to choose between Japanse, American or continental breakfast which consists of a standard amount of ingredients but no possibility to ask for more. Water/coffee/Tea are refilled at any time. As we weren't at the hotel most of the time, we were very sastisfied with our stay. Close to the hotel there's a zeven eleven supermarket if you need drinks, snacks or other stuff for very reasonable prices. They are willing to keep your luggage after check-out.
Nothing.

Good location, Excellent view from the window (AMAZING!!!). Rooms are larger than usually in Japan. Good hotel.
The personnel doesn't speak very good English. It is impossible to get an invoice/receipt for the stay. Hotel is sending to booking.com and vice versa. The selection of the breakfast is rather limited. Japanese breakfast is very good, but "american" is rather disappointing. Second service that you can ask for is only rice+miso (for Japanese breakfast) or toast (for American breakfast). If your stay in the hotel is longer a buffet would be a better option.

I usually stay at the GrandArc and always find it excellent. it doesn’t have all the facilities of a 4star hotel, such as a breakfast buffet, but the restaurant is actually very good a la Carter’s (the tempura restaurant is amazingly good) I just moved to a supposedly 4star hotel at Iidabashi and the the GCH was superior.

sizable room with all amenities, with a great view over the Imperial Palace,a short walk from the Hanzomon subway station. I have stayed here many times and the quality is consistent.
For at least 10 years the breakfast is the same, old-fashioned and bad! Also the staff, especially the male staff at the reception has limited English abilities. My room, 1001 was all the way to the side of the Palace and therefore noisy because of traffic. Better stay in the rooms nearer to the elevator, towards the center or right hand side of the building: it is built in a semi-circular shape (hence the name: Grand arc)

the staff in the hotel were attentive and phenomenal. just a great place to stay.
the Patio restaurant was not great and the service sub par. the food was very poor quality and expensive. Also the staff kept sneezing over the cart where they held all the plates and utensils. they were dabbing their nose wiping their wet fingers on their uniform and proceed to grab plates or cup to serve customer. that restaurant should deserve to be closed for good.
