The location was just perfect. Two subway stations in walking distance, plenty of small restaurants and bars around and quite some tourist attractions within walking distance, too. Also despite the density of bars, absolutely no issue with noise. In case anyone requires any ammenities (toiletries, hair dryer, bath robe, etc): these were all provided and even replenished every day. Even when guests don't want the room to be cleaned, the housekeeping staff will leave a nice "care package" in front of the door every day to make sure guests have everything and don't need to ask at the reception.
When I first came into the room, it looked like it hadn't been entered in a while (surfaces quite dusty). After the first cleaning by the housekeeping staff it was much better so I guess the room simply hadn't been used in a while. Overall the hotel seems to be a bit of an older APA hotel but for the location and the price it was worth it. Also the room was very very small; I expected this and for Tokyo/Japan within this price range it's the norm but if your luggage is bigger than a small backpack/handbag, the only place to even open it is on the bed.

Location is amazing. It is near city centre (few stations drive)…Hotel is located 2 minutes walking from underground station…a lot of good restaurants and bars are in the neighborhood. It is possible to leave the baggage in the hotel for few hours after you check out…
The room was too small. When me and my husband put two suitcases in the room it literally took the whole space between room and bathroom so it is impossible to walk in the room if you do have luggage with you (ther wasn’t any hall in the room)…room seemed claustrophobic

The staff were so wonderfully helpful, even those with limited English were so kind and helpful. I'd especially like to mention Yuemura-san who helped me reserve my bus ticket back to the airport. He was very patient and kind! The bed was also incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The hotel is well situated, with access to 2 subway stations nearby which share lines with many of the most popular subway stations.
The room was very small, which made manoeuvring around suitcases a bit tricky, but not a big issue for a solo traveller or a short trip with less luggage.

Comfortable, safe, central, and familiar. You could not pick a better hotel for a stay in Tokyo. Easy walking access to the Ginza, Marunouchi, and Chiyoda subway lines. They'll get you anywhere. Excellent restaurants right outside (I recommend Itamae Sushi, as it is very easy to order there with their online English menu). At least three 7 Elevens within walking distance. Very clean rooms. Friendly service, even though I don't speak any Japanese. The nearby Hie-jinja shrine is very beautiful. So many toiletries are provided, you could forget everything at home and not miss anything. The shower head was high up, not chest height like some hotels. Toilet is better than the ones at home, and of course there is toilet paper available, like at every toilet. The bed was excellent to sleep in, and I liked that the controls for the lights, as well as charging outlets, were all centrally located on the headboard. There was wired ethernet available which had speeds of about 90 Mbps upload & download, and the Wi-Fi was about 50 Mbps up/down, plenty fast. I could see Tokyo Tower in the distance, out the window. It was a special place to be able to stay.
Due to the smaller size, there are no drawers to keep clothes in, just coat hangers. The "Laundry service" is not for general laundry. It is meant for suits and expensive clothing. Getting a single shirt washed would be cost about $5. The staff were happy to provide a map to a few close-by coin laundries, after realizing there had been a miscommunication.

The rooms were quite small, but I already knew that before coming to the hotel, and the room was nicely designed within the limited space. the housekeeping staff was very good. As I went out daily, I request them to clean my room when I'm at the hotel within 9-10 am. They did it really well. The staff was kind and I request a scale to weight my luggages first day, they couldn't find one. But in the second day I drop them a message and the staff was fantastic, and they gave me a scale when I'm coming back to room. Further, the scale battery was low, but with short notice they replaced the battery as well - I could remember his name, but he spoke English well and very supportive guy. Train station was nearby, it's really convenient for me to travel daily by metro. Most of the time Ginza line.
Sometimes it was difficult to change my room temperature as I wish. I changed it from my room, but the room was a bit hot in the morning. But it was totally okay as we had very cold outside. Sometimes it takes times to get reply from front desk. Maybe it's a bit hard for them to catch my English accent. But they helped me very well. I suggest it's good to give them what you want in written or through a text message, it works really well.

The location is great, in a compact room, it has everything you need, there is a air purifier, fridge, bath tub, good quality toiletries. Cleanliness was good as well. They had vending machines, microwave and ice maker at different levels of the hotel too. Its a comfortable stay.
I don't like the room service. They only put their things back to position and dump your things aside. Did not even fold the clothes properly, just dumped at the dressing and even had my clothes sleeves stuck in the drawer!?

The hotel is located very conveniently near a large subway station and within walking distance of a few parks, shrines and even a shopping mall. The area around the hotel is also packed (!) with convenience stores, restaurants, bars and izakayas of all sorts so very easy to find a bite to eat or grab a drink. Also very quiet considering the location and towels/amenities are provided and refilled daily so less luggage required. This was actually my second stay at this hotel due to the location and comparatively low (for Tokyo standards) price.
Rooms are definitely small and on the older side (but true to the pictures) so people traveling with huge suitcases or just plenty of bags will have issues maneuvering around. Also don't expect a view over the city. There may be some rooms with a bit of a view but most appear to face the buildings surrounding the hotel (i.e. my room this time had about 1m to the next house) but there is a bit of daylight coming in and it was perfect for me as I only needed a place to sleep and shower.

PRICE: Considering the location of the hotel and the fact that hotel prices are back to pre-covid rates, I paid a reasonable amount for my stay. LOCATION: The hotel is near Tokyo Metro (Ginza and Marunouchi Lines). The neighborhood has plenty of food places and convenience stores. There is a nearby BIC Camera as well. ROOM: The room is good enough for one person. It's kind of small but comfortable enough for me. MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed. ROOM AMENITIES: In addition to the usual amenities, I liked it that there were power outlets at the bed headboard. There was also a paper crane origami which I thought was really kind and thoughtful. STAFF: The staff at the reception when I checked in was very helpful. They were friendly and smiled a lot. Check in was smooth. So was the check out.
Nothing in particular.

It was conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo, too many restaurants and drug stores in whatever I needed. They also provided extra towels and other amenities if I requested them.
The people at the front desk did not speak enough English to help me. I made a few requests and they did not understand me. I had to go to another higher end hotel, where they speak English also and where they could help me find tours and other things. This was a big drawback from this hotel.

A wonderful hotel with first class service that I highly recommend. I would like to note modern rooms. which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are cleaned upon request, bed linen is always fresh and clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, within walking distance of subway and bus stops, shops, restaurants and many attractions. And most importantly, I want to note the responsive staff, who are always ready to help with any question.
