Excellent location right in the heart of Akihabara but on a quiet street away from the station - so more peaceful. Service was friendly and efficient. Rooms very clean. I booked 3 rooms and they managed to place us all next to each other without me asking. The rooms were small (to be expected in Tokyo) but well arranged with everything you need. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise - roomy with a deep bath as well as a shower (came in handy to soak sore bodies in after a long day of walking). Great individual drip coffee sachets and the breakfast smelt great (although I never made it there).
The beds are firm - but that’s usual for Japan. We booked a twin room as we are used to a Super King bed at home and Tokyo hotels generally have smaller sized double beds. This was a good idea. They were happy to give us an additional pillow each so no real complaints on the bedding front.

+ The price. Compared to other places with as big of a room as we had the price almost doubled. So this was really affordable for a 3 week trip. (Breakfast was included) + Location. It is very near akihabara station and kanda station is just 5 min walk away. +Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. + Room was very clean and the bathroom was suprisingly big.(I'm used to having small bathrooms in hotels even though the room is like 20m2.) + Every room had air conditioning which was very nice. + Breakfast was really good japanese style one. + Washing machines on the 3rd and 4th floor were very helpful. And you could see if they were in use from the TV in your room. Very handy! + Vending machines on the 3rd and 4th floor in the same space as the washing machines. +And if you want a women only floor there were those too! The 3 highest floor were reserved for women only which I thought was really nice.
The only thing was that they had two different breakfast sets which they changed every other day, so at the end of the trip you started to get tired of the food. But this is very minor thing

The location is just perfect, close to Akihabara Station and other three metro stations. The cleanliness is as you'd expect from Japan, top notch! The staff is very friendly and helped us in various occasions. The breakfast was ablsoutely delicious and had many Japanese dishes, but also some more western choices. Finally it was a good value for money given the location (but do not expect big rooms, t's Tokyo!).
The air-conditioning remote was a bit difficult to understand, at first.

Comfortable (but not overly spacious) room in the upper floors with a great view towards the Sky Tree. Helpful staff, convenient location just a short walk from Akihabara station, a konbini in the same block. Reception was able to hold my baggage for 8 hours after my checkout so I could explore while waiting for my late evening flight. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of surface space on the desk to sort my luggage.
Some noise from the hallway and significant noise from the railway, but that's to be expected with the building being right next to the tracks - nothing good earplugs couldn't fix. The floors were a bit cold, but slippers were provided and kept my feet warm.

-Located near Akihabara JR station, 3-4 minutes walk through the short-cut walk way to the hotel (google map or map at Akihabara station is helpful). However in case using the non-short cut, it is still okay, probably 5-6 min walk. - Nice view from the 23rd floor- room. Able to see Tokyo Sky Tree from the bathroom. - Friendly staff. - Worth for the money spent.
- Compared with other hotels in Japan I have stayed at, Via Inn Akihabara is a bit slower for their response through the " message to property" Booking-channel. - Since the hotel is near the railway so it is a bit noisy at night. However it is not a big deal for me and my family.

The bed was comfortable, the WIFI was fast, the blanket was comfy, there was a mini refrigerator, hot shower, bidet, free tea/drip coffee in the lobby (At the elevator before going to your rooms), and there was nice breakfast! They had a variety of Japanese dishes that were very delicious, and they had yummy delicious curry, coffee, tea, and nice chocolate croissants and a mini-salad bar. Staff were also very pleasant and nice. Location is the best! 5 min walk across the bridge to Akihabara JR station, and 5 minute walk to Kanda Station (Subway to Shibuya) and the famous Akihabara district; Definitely one of the more interesting and fun areas of Tokyo!
My stay was too short; 3 days is not enough in Tokyo!

The location is great, like 2 minute walk from Akihabara station and right across a cute stream. Very nice new building, helpful staff, many amenities, and best of all our room had an absolutely perfect view of the Tokyo Skytree. Wasn't expecting that at all but it was a wonderful view. The bathroom is super clean and I had a lovely bath too~ breakfast was great!!
Maybe the fact that there is no bottle of water provided (not a huge deal at all, can definitely go buy your own cheaply at a nearby convenience store, but most places usually provide a tiny bottle so we had to go back outside late at night after a long day to buy some water. Not a huge issue tho).

Of the 4 accommodations we stayed at, while in Tokyo, Via Inn was our overall favourite. Its location, view, staff and Breakfast service were all our favourite we are very likely to stay here again.
It is a very firm bed and while my room had an amazing view of the tracks and Tokyo my friend only had a view in the Toilet shower area.

It was an unforgettable vacation for us! We stayed at Room 1915. It was very convenient because it's really near the central area of Akihabara. Amazing breakfast as well because everything is fresh!

Great location near station, easy access to washing machine. Staff were helpful. Room was clean with everything we needed.
Could smell cigarettes within the property but not in our non smoking room. Water was not very hot but fine.
