The hotel is beautiful.. but the best thing about the hotel is the staff... the concierge team is AMAZING... one of the conceirge team members - Rina went over and above to help me find the best places to visit and the restaurents to go to.. she even walked me to one of the restaurants near by to make sure I don't get lost! Another amazing team members is Toya Nakajima... there are really not enough words to describe how amazing the staff is at the hotel. I can't possibly recommend this property more...

I wish they had a restaurant that makes Japanese tapenyaki...

Fantastic super luxury hotel at a great central location near the Tokyo station, with price to match. It’s on the top floors of a high tower, with the very large rooms having full panoramic windows with stupendous views of the city - the hotel is basically surrounded with glass. There is a Tokyo metro station and a JR station just downstairs, and it is surrounded by some of the best department stores, also accessible without leaving the building. Superlative restaurants serve superlative food (including superlative breakfast) at superlative prices. The breakfast is actually quite a deal if you get it with the room. But a few floors down you have two entire floors of regular and delicious department store restaurants to choose from. There is also a spa to match for Mrs to dig into your wallet further.

We can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

They hosted us in a very nice room. The staff is very good in general. The rooms are very nice. In terms of price performance, unfortunately, the hotel does not give value for its price. We ate at all their restaurants. All were successful. Restaurant staff are also very kind.

They took the payment from my credit card 3.4 days before the day of stay. However, when we checked into the hotel, they took payment from us again. Returns took too long. They are unfairly processing your money by withdrawing money from your credit card. It is not ethical to withdraw money from the customer repeatedly.

We didn't dine at the hotel. I thought it was a joke when told we could see Mt. Fuji from our window. Then we saw it the next day. So many pillow options I was overwhelmed. The pillows and the bed were deliciously comfortable. Spa like music on the screen was very relaxing; we loved it!

We had NO COMPLAINTS. The hotel is expensive but it was worth it. I've stayed at both The Peninsula and The Shangri La here and feel that The Mandarin Oriental is the very best. I look forward to staying there again.

Easily the best hotel experience I had while staying in Tokyo. Hotel staff was wonderful, rooms were luxurious, fantastic location (located literally on top of Mitsukoshimae station / ginza line). They were so attentive to details and were always ready to help whenever we needed assistance. Would definitely stay again, worth the price!

More of a personal issue, but for some reason my allergies flared up when I was in the room. Not sure if it was from the down pillows or if there was a small amount of dust, but my allergies cleared after leaving the hotel. Regardless, still had a wonderful stay!

We were only here for one night, but WOW what an experience! The beds and pillows are SO comfortable; we slept so well here. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The views of the city from our room were incredible! It's a short walk away from Tokyo Station which was super convenient. The bathtub was divine and they include soaking salts with the many amenities. We ordered room-service breakfast and it was incredibly delicious. I only wish we could have stayed longer and tried out more of the restaurants!

Excellent location, atmosphere, breakfast, and most staff speak good English. The surrounding is filled with good restaurants and shops. Transportation is convenient with an underground station right at the basement and takes two stops to Ginza.

The room is a bit outdated compared to other new contemporary hotels. The power socket design makes plugging in a big travel adapter a challenger.

We liked absolutely everything! Rooms was very big even by European standards. Everything was very modern and well maintained. Service was quick, polite and very professional. Cleanness was just 11 out of 10! Food was amazing! Concierge services by WhatsApp were extremely quick and helpful. Big gym with a great view from top floor. Sauna and a jacuzzi with the glass walls on the top floor, with a fascinating view. Stayed in Tokyo 5 star hotels many times, so far - this is TOP!

Everything was perfect. We loved it <3

The structure is located on the 38th floor of a skyscraper in a wonderful district of the city. it is located a half hour walk from the Ginza district. The skyline observed from the rooms is breathtaking. the Hotel has a very nice hall and has several restaurants inside; also frequented by locals.

Nothing to complain.
