I would like to thank once again all the staff at Keio Plaza Hotel - Grand Premier. I believe every hotel experience begins and ends with the staff. Every single employee at Keio Plaza Hotel was impeccable, from the bell boys to the receptionists in the lobby, to the staff members in the Grand Premier at Floor 45 and even the Chef at breakfast. Everybody welcomened us openly, always smiling at us and everybody spoke English quite well. I even tried my limited Japanese with them and they really appreciated my attempt. The breakfast - was exquisite with a variety of western and Japanese options. The coffee options are sufficient and tasty (Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino) and the view is to die for (on floor 45th - having direct view to the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building). The music played in the background is classical and suits the atmosphere just fine. One thing worth mentioning is that they have time slots for breakfast which you have to book a day in advance but that is perfect because it was never crowded, and you could always find a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Tea-Time + Happy Hour - In our Premier Grand room, we had included tea-time and happy hours- which basically meant we could come up to the 45th floor either between 14.30 and 16.30 or between 17.30 and 19.30 for drinks and snacks and great jazz music + let's not forget the view. It is a perfect treat! The room - we had a room on the 37th floor, facing the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building. The view wa to die for! The room itself was extremely spacious and cosy and you had everything you might need in the room, from complimentary water, to Nespresso coffee, bathromes, PJs, Yukatas, bathroom amnesties such as toothbrush, hair brush, comb, razors and shaving cream, make-up removal wipes + L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel etc. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub (quite common in Japan) + the classic Japanese smart toilet. Perfect Tokyo honeymoon gateway!

Nothing- everything was beyond our expectations. Maybe a suggestion - keep the pool open for a longer period of time, especially since August was an extremely hot month and we would have enjoyed more days at the pool in those hot summer days.

Great location and a modern hotel with excellent service. We stayed on the floors with lounge access and almost didn’t have to eat out as there was a lot of food and drinks provided during the afternoon and evening. The hotel is right near Shinjuku station and the local area has great shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Good location, just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. Generously large and well-soundproofed room. Intuitive and prepared for tourists from all over the world. Adapters for any type of socket. It's worth booking a room with Club Lounge access because it has a wide selection of drinks, including sparkling rice wine, and being on the 45th floor has a great view.

Breakfast closes at 9:30 on weekdays which for jet-lagged tourists is torture! The open bar at the Louge Club closes at 7:30pm so you can stay in the lounge to admire the city lights with just a cup of coffee or tea. I would have liked the pillows to be a little softer... And, for an absolute 10, the toilet light might not have been automatic. If the room is occupied by a couple, when one goes to the toilet at night, the other wakes up with light in their eyes. It would have been ideal if there was a possibility that the light could be turned on from inside the toilet room...

We had a fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Premier Grand. We stayed in the Club room and the access to the top floors was just wonderful. From the food, snacks, spacious room, most friendly staff ever, view, everything was just perfect and we will definitely be back! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Great hotel with plenty of facilities, we had a premier club room and had access to the lounge. The staff and service in the lounge was Outstanding. Great views.

On some days our room servicing didn’t meet our expectations. Food on offer in the lounge was the same everyday we stayed for 6 nights would have been nice to see a change of menu over the time we stayed there. There was no accessible bar in the hotel to enjoy an evening drink after 9.30 pm.

Club breakfast was excellent- great selection, served at appropriate temperatures, always refreshed at buffet and plentiful. Wonderful eggs benedict on order. Coffee hot with full selection of presentations (i.e., expresso, au lait ,etc. as desired) Cannot say enough about the helpfulness of the customer services staff. Very professional; no matter how busy they would do whatever it took to get us an answer and meet our needs!

Only difficulty was to find an open restaurant in the complex if you were looking for a meal after 8:30 PM.

Good room amenities and a great shower/ bathroom. Awesome views.

Bed and pillows are too hard. The premier grand lounge was very crowded during breakfast, even with early morning reservations. Forget about eating at Jurin, it was very crowded, a mob scene.

We had the package to their club floor. the rooms were amazing with so many luxury details. The toilet and shower were amazing. the breakfast was very good with both western and traditional Japanese options. we were able to get the afternoon tea and sweets and sandwiches. It was really good. but unfortunately could not get the chance to try the evening appetizer. The location is pretty good, walking distance to train station and a very beautiful and large park. We stayed 2 nights there and had an amazing and memorable experience.

It was in a quiet and less crowded area. That said means it is a short walk from the nearby train station. Walking in late autumn was enjoyable

The staff are outstanding - absolutely first class welcome and care from everyone we encountered. Exceptional hospitality throughout the stay. Definitely worth staying in the Premier Grand levels for the views of the city and convenience of of the complimentary food and refreshments during the afternoon and evening. (Note that the Premier Grand levels are separate from the main hotel - with their own reception, lounge and facilities, based on the higher floors.) The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern, well-stocked and exceptionally clean. The hotel location, just a few minutes away from Shinjuku station and city centre makes the Keio Plaza a superb place to stay in Tokyo with so much to see and do right on the doorstep.
