The hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. We checked our baggage in early and went to explore. When we returned that night, they had taken our luggage to our room, made the pullout sofa into a bed, and put my son's stuffed toy from a visibly open Nintendo bag onto the bed next to the pillow. The next day, they helped us with reservations for the airport shuttle. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey relative to other food in Tokyo, but it was very good, and the staff in the restaurant was helpful and efficient. The hotel is walking distance from Shinjuku. We would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was a bit small, and the toiletries, (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), were all travel size.

perfect for first time visitor to Japan. easy access to Shinjuku station. all interactions with staff were 100%, very helpful and approachable.

one cardboard cup and 1 tea bag each per day for cuppa in room a bit surprising for price of room, feel it’s a bit picky to mention but was a negative for me.

spacious and very clean. I can tell the hotel is a bit old and somewhat outdated but the room is very comfortable. excellent staff. the location is fairly good.

little bit of a walk to Shinjuku station but not bad. I was a little disappointed that there were not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The facility is a bit old and dated but clean and functional. The breakfast buffet is really impressive. It has a large variety of food items and quality of foods is good as well.

International standard. Very high and attentive. We have stayed here before and nothing has changed, great stuff. Close to red line and green line. Easy course way straight to Shinjuku (10-15min walk). 7 eleven direct under hotel 24x7 and also a very good supermarket about 5 min walk (towards Denny’s/starbucks). They had blueberries and cucumbers that made the kids eat better.

Standard rooms a little tight, if you can go for the delux, separate toilet and bathroom that helps with kids

Hotel is of high standards, consistent globally. It is in the heart of the government buildings so everything around is easy for tourist and there is a lot of non Japanese places like pizza/sizzler etc. best of all u can walk to Shinjuku bustling hub (mostly underground) in 15 minutes…so very convenient. Also chu park next door has Starbucks and it’s a very nice park just to get a break from the business. Also a very very handy mini supermarket (not 7/11) down the road where we got blueberries/cucumbers and snacks.

Depending on age of kids, might be a little tight with 2 kids older than 10. Sleeps 4 a bit too cosy.

The staff are super communicative and before I arrived at the hotel, emails were responded to within hours. My room was really spacious and gave a great view of a park opposite the road. The hotel itself is nice and has all the amenities such as restaurants. It is located a walkable 15 minutes from shinjuku station but if you don't feel like walking, there are cabs waiting outside the hotel. The ride to shinjuku station costs about 700-800 yen.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim

Good for international charging (provided a charge port).

The hotel only provided small amount of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for the guests. It could be better if there was more shower equipments to be used in a day.

The location of the hotel is great if you would like to be central to the tourist attractions. It's a short walking distance to Shinjuku station and also there is Tochomae subway station only few hundred metres from the hotel. The rooms were quite spacious in comparison to most hotels in Tokyo. The view from the room was great and depending on which side/floor your room is located you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day. A 7-11 and a Family Mart just below the hotel made it very convenient.

We felt the room to be a bit dated.
