The location is very convenient, 10 min walk to the nearest train station, lots of shops and restaurants that open till late, the room is suitable for 1 person, the bed is very comfortable, they think of everything that you would need in the room which is always appreciated. There is a laundry room that I used which is convenient. I also liked the massage chairs while waiting for the laundry 😄

Only thing I found a bit confusing, might be because I reached late and was tired, is the way to the front desk (there is the main building and the Annex building). It took me sometime to know where to go but other than that everything was great.

The room was so spacious for Tokyo. We really enjoyed our stay here. The laundry facilities were really good. There were lots of machines and was easy to do washing. The machines were seperate washers and dryers, not like the combined machines that don't dry well. Hot tip: There's an underground path from the train station to the hotel. Just head out West gate from Shinjuku Station (I think) and follow signs to Tokyo Metro building. It took us a while to find but great when we were leaving with our big suitcases. I think it was a bit quicker to walk on street though.

It felt like it was a bit far from the main area but that's not the hotel's fault. It was a bit hard to find and confusing. Just head to main Shinjuku Washington building and head inside and then you walk through to find the Annex. The room was SO dark at night. Obviously during the day we could open the curtains to let in light but at night, there was no ceiling light. Just lamps so was kinda hard to see in your suitcase.

Nice and clean once of the nicest places we have stayed whilst in Tokyo.

Room however, is smaller than what it looks on pictures. We also had no plug socket near the bed and the bathroom was also very small. It also said on the notice that rooms were only cleaned on the third day of your stay (we only stayed three days) but every day someone had been into our room and either folded our towels or given us new ones and emptied the bin. The bed remained untouched. Just made us feel uneasy when we noticed a cleaner must have been in when we weren’t aware nor did it align with the notice that someone would be coming in to do these things.

There is a underground walkway leading to Shinjuku Station. 3 convenient shops within hotel premises, super good.

We have to ask for drinking water and coffee if we choose not to clean up room. Washing machine works OK, but the dryer doesn't. The mosaic floor (outside hotel annex leading to road) makes moving of luggage difficult and noisy.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and the temperature controls worked.

There are no outlets near the bed, so you have to charge your phone across the room. And the mattress was overly firm!

Hotel is cleaned; staff are very friendly and supportive for any enquiries. Hotel is central of all facilities

Very well located, just a 10 min walk from Shinjuku JR station. Right on the main road. Property and rooms were bery clean and service was bery good.
