Location is nice, walkable to multiple subway lines & Akihabara. It is also located in a business district so a lot of good food nearby, but mostly will only be opened on the weekdays. Room is nice & clean, WiFi has been fast & stable for me for most usage. There's a microwave in the room for quick reheating. Staff is able to communicate in English reasonable well. Hotel requires keycard to even access the lobby at night times which gives assurance of security.

No laundry facility if your room does not have the laundry machine, would be nice if a small laundry area could be installed in the lobby or open a room for guest to use for laundry. At the same time the nearest laundromat is quite a walk to reach. Room is a bit small, but can't really complain since I booked the economy single room.

#712 Room was dark due to close building north side. AC/heater was a little noisy.

I loved the in-unit washer and dryer. I loved that their were curtains over the window to blockout sunlight. I loved the location. I think the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, but sometimes difficult to communicate with due to language barrier.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The location is good, very close to Shin-nihonbashi station. For a two people room, it is fairly spacious and surprisingly, a large bathroom given its location in the heart of Tokyo. Besides, the room had a very wide and comfortable bed which my partner and I had a very deep, good sleep together.

Unfortunately, the shower tap could hardly budge despite us trying the hardest to not break it, which fortunately we managed to do so without breaking it. The breakfast provided was healthy but its taste was surprisingly similar to airplane food.

The location was great, the staff was very helpful and the free tea and toiletries when ever you needed it. It’s my third time staying there!

The only thing was that the dryer took hours to dry the clothes but otherwise a great stay

I am very satisfied since there are washing machine,microwave oven,kitchen sink,fridge and tableware in the room. The location is good.It is very convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo. And, the price is reasonable.

Conveniently located, nice place

The two bedroom apartment was quite compact, slightly closer to the main road so traffic was audible. Bed was so so. Other than that, everything was nice

The room was very spacious. It had a kitchenette for you to heat any food which is useful and also a washer/dryer combination.

The staff was really kind. Thank you again for helping me catch a taxi for the airport on the last day !
