The room was incredibly cozy: well decorated, comfortable bed and pillows, and heated to the right point. The showers after a day of walking were a blessing (And the soaps smelled like almond oil)! But I think my favorite part was the breakfast: it was copious and delicious and had the best media lunas. And the staff was absolutely helpful and kind and gave super useful suggestions to us! That was the best stay I had in my trips in years!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The view overlooking the lake and friendly staffs with warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet counter was always kept in order as if you were the first person to take the meal.

The walls of the room were not enough to prevent the noise of the next door. Unfortunately, we had to change the room from the second night because of the noise of the neighbor.

I researched many hotels in El Calafate' and read the good reviews about this property. Everything was better than the reviews said they were. I love when hotels are very aware of reviews and work to solicit reviews from their guests. Those are properties that know they do a great job for their patrons. - Multi-lingual staff here, which is a very big deal in Argentina. - Breakfasts were excellent - Hotel was clean, quiet and the rooms were nice - Great location If I come back to El Calafate, we will stay here again for sure.

Very relaxing, close to the Argentina lake and the Main Street.

The restaurant is small and it requires reservation. I went for early dinner without reservation. There are clearly tables available yet the staff rejects to offer and have to change to room service. More flexibility would be appreciated or let us know in advance that dinner had to be reserved.

A huge room with a mirador to the lake. The staff was extremely helpful. The lobby was furnitured for the guests who are waiting for the tourist-buses. The garden party for the guests was not only intimate but it makes the guest friend. The breakfast was so rich, like in a baronial castle. They have their own beer !

The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety. The location is kind of on the edge of town. So a bit of a walk if you don’t have a car. However, that made it a calm, quiet location with a nice view. The restaurant was really good and very reasonable.

No complaints. It was my favorite hotel in my two week trip.

Nice location if you have a car (we did), I think a lot of the people staying were with bus tours. We could always find a parking spot but there were only 7 or 8 spots. Kind of on the edge of town without a car. Breakfast was good.

Close to town center - Great location for travelers with cars. Like the breakfasts selection. Wonderful staff - Thank You to Carlos for his advice which made our trip to Perito Moreno Glacier Park a great experience!

The thermostat in the room does not seem to work, which made the room very warm. Although one can open the window to let the fresh air in, I did not feel comfortable to do so at night as my room was at the lower level. The bathroom looks a bit dated.

The breakfast was fantastic. I had never saw so fresh ham! And the seeds ! So good. The stuff is highly helpful and polite.

I would really recommend changing the floor covering in some rooms - ours was in a very bad condition, with a sand and mud deep inside it - not the matter of cleaning.
