The hotel is nice, new and modern. The staff was great at helping you find your way around to the city. The room is very clean. The parking space is big comparing to other large city in Europe.

The location of the hotel is a little bit too far from the city centre. Tram only run until midnight, if you stay out late could be a little bit harder to get back to the hotel

It was a convenient location for commuting to Florence center. We didn’t find many restaurants or eateries around the area, it’s a university town, a handful of shops but a good supermarket. We enjoyed our stay but wish we’d asked to restaurant recommendations. The view across the park is beautiful and room with a balcony. It was quiet. Left an iPhone behind for the day, but managed to retrieve it later with some persistence. Also managed to stay allergy free with hypoallergenic bedding request.

There’s not much to do around this area of an evening, it’s quite a quiet area but some back streets not so good.

Good location; helpful staff; good facilities; accessible to airport and city centre (by tram).

toilet flush button was weird, would hold sometimes for a few minutes. also definitely not near city center, involves 12 minute tram ride, which is no problem, but can be annoying especially getting the tickets because some people will spend five to ten minutes figuring out the machine and a train may pass during that time. but other than that, not a big deal.

The room is tidy and clean. The reception hall is comfy to sit and take a break. The hotel has a very beautiful surrounding..big park next to it. It is located in the good part of the city..far from the city crowd, but in a safe and newly built area. Also, in the neighborhood there is a shopping center with places to eat, drink coffee or do any kind of shopping. The supermarket within it has an amazing offer of Italian food. The tram line to the hotel is accurate and frequent.

The shower was uncomfortable, almost painful ... because the shower sprayed very hard, without the option to regulate. The room has no slippers, bathrobes, shower cap or similar items.

The hotel is very beautiful and modern, with a magnificient surrounded area. I would like to live there. Florence and the hotel were like a dream. The hotel is situated only 5 minutes away from the tram station, and then it takes only 10 minutes from the city center. The garage is very safety. The breakfast and the coctails are delicious. The staff is really kind and helpful. I reccommend this place for everybody.

location is fantastic. Half way on tram between airport and city. lovely peaceful safe area at university and nearby large shopping centre and supermarket. Friendly staff.

the room service/restaurant was a very poor affair both in terms of service and food quality poor. chicken undercooked and rest was cold however the reception did offer a small discount to our bill when we fed this back which was appreciated.

The only hotel with a convenient store after staying in a few hotels in Italy. Spacious hotel with a mall just 10 mins walk away. Hotel also provided 2 extra pillows which contributed to a comfortable sleep And they provide kettle which some hotels don't.

The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s not centrally located and we expected that but the Metro was at a 5 minute walking distance.

At night, it gets really quiet and you still have to walk to the hotel. Not that there was any incident or felt unsafe.

A nice place, with a great vibe ! Keep in mind, the location is not perfect, if you're interested in windows that provide a view of the busy bustling streets of Florence. It's rather quiet, but easy to reach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The mountains look great from the window.
