I liked everything about the room, it was spacious, clean, well designed and confrtoble.

The staff, location and the food in room survese. The staff were always looking busy even though there were no gusts with them and they make you feel unable to ask more for information and they weren't professional enough. Location, i booked it so I can go to the avenues mall easily, but if i want to leave or come to the hotel by car, it would be a trip, because of the heavy traffic. Room service food was tastless and didn't reach to its price.

Due to Ramadan, I am guessing the breakfast was relocated to a smaller space with reduced options but was satisfactory. The staff were very very accommodating to my 4 year old daughter, entertaining her and making it a safe space. Of course, the location / mall access is very convenient.

I had friends visiting me in the hotel and the valet was charging them for parking their cars (apparently only one car per room allowed) which is very strange since there isn't any other option to park other than inside the mall. Also, the room rate is a little steep for being off-season and Ramadan.

I had an exceptional 8-day stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Kuwait. The staff were courteous and helpful, the spacious room with stunning Kuwait cityscape view, and the daily service was excellent, an access to fully equipped gym which I needed for a satisfying workout even during my vacation. Its location within the Avenues Mall was convenient, and I even got to watch Australia's MasterChef on TV, making me feel at home. Highly recommended!

clean excellent food, housekeeping, design and wonderful staff. pool was amazing

1-no food or beverage service at the pool. no body to look after the guests at the pool except for life guard who is not responsible for my food and beverage. 2. the sofa bed in the living room in the suite was highly uncomfortable. requires more stuffing as the springs dig into my sons back and torso. 3. would love a spa

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The entire staff was very very friendly and helpful which gave me a good feeling. The hotel itself is clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. A bonus is of course that it is ideally situated with direct entry to the Avenues Mall. The check in/out was relatively fast process and we got the exact room of what we booked.

The restaurant is not in a good place. price is too high for this kind of hotel nothing luxurious that will justify the price . The valet parking was good but during rush and weekends they get confused and take longer than average to bring the car. also Valet only takes one car and if you're coming in two cars the other one you have to take it yourself to the lower basement parking of the hotel .

it’s close to all locations , malls or Souq that any one visit Kuwait would like to visit . Also, room size is excellent.

The check in at the property, the lady asked to see my wife face and I know this is because of the problem they used to face and for security purposes!! but again, such thing is not acceptable especially if the visitors are family !! I would accept if we are a couple .. So, such thing should not happened again and the same must be instructed by the management to the staff

Everything it's perfect, location, rooms are so clean, the room service, all n receptions so helpful we enjoyed every moment and booked our room already for next month

Jus the check in take long time to register I recommend to prepare and print the paper for signature before the guest arrive but still everything's perfect thank you

The rooms are good but it misses the small details that any regular hotel has like the swing tools or the tooth brush. They only provide one toothbrush however we are 2 guests not one.

The hotel is one of the best hotels in Kuwait with prime location and connected to the biggest mall in Kuwait which called (The Avenues). The hotel is new and clean. The staff was so friendly and it's a comfortable place to spend a vacation. Also this area it could be considered as a center of Kuwait and could reach any area within good time. The overall experience was really good.
