The location is good and it's a walking distance to the nearest restaurant and shopping mall

It would be perfect if the staff in front of entrance helping me to open up the front door as happened to me I came with full of my luggage bags and carry bags no one helping me. And same also the moment when I checked out. The moment my grab car came nobody help me to open the door as myself and my son open the door with my fullest hands with the luggage bags and extra carry bags towards the grab car. I noticed the staff only served the foreigners when it comes to open the door. Well, it's quite not satisfying. Your improvement in such situation is much appreciated to your excellent service in future. Thank you

The young gentlement at the Reception was very friendly and made us feel very much welcome and at home, thank you so much. The concierge and the Night reception very friendly and helpful. The guard at the entance, was very kind and very friendly. Position of hotel is perfect.

Our bed in the room was connected to the neighbours bath room wall, they loved to have shower at 1pm in the night and that 4 night long and at least 3 of them were in the room! Goodies in the room has been replaced daily and the bed has been done, but lack of cleanning! The towel were fighting to be alive, for a 4 star hotel, no go!!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are super friendly.

The mattress was somewhat springy. The hotel was unable to provide me with a king or queen size bed despite booking one, so I had to settle for 2 singles. The bedsheets were stayed with blood and yellow marks. We never received any hand towels for the nights that we stayed there. We requested them once and received them only for that day. The walls in our rooms were quite damaged and covered in weird green marks. The lighting in the room was extremely poor.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room is cosy and clean. I didn't expect the room comes with bathtub, I was surprised and love it. The toiletries are available too. Hangers also available, like they are many from what I have experience before. Feel loved.

The mattress from my room is sagging. It's a wear and tear issue, not a big problem. But I think it needs to be changed to a new one. While, I concern about the fridge. The cupboard where the fridge placed was hot. Plus the fridge are not cold even though already set to max volume.

Location was perfect. Convenient for walking distance to bukit bintang shopping centre.

the smell in the room can be improve i guess from the carpet and the i had no choice but to request the comforter to be change during check-in as there were fresh stains on it with an unpleasant smell.

Executive Deluxe Double Room: Room was large and bed was comfortable. Elevators were quick and convenient. Bathroom and toiletries/towels all good. Breakfast was good enough - big shoutout to the staff at breakfast. They were great, friendly and attentive!! Very nice front desk staff. Location was very central but be prepared for the slightly chaotic environment once you step outside - not the hotel’s fault obviously.

I was under the impression that the executive deluxe rooms had 1) welcome drink, and 2) late checkout at 3pm. Unfortunately I was offered neither. Front desk let me stay until 1pm. I guess that’s better than nothing? Also, room faced the building next door so that was all I saw. Not worth paying the extra $$; the regular double room would’ve sufficed.

Friendly valet that helps us to park our car. The location is awesome, near to many interesting tourist places and in the middle of biggest town in KL. Breakfast is great, good lotsa choices of local delicacies.

My room is facing other unit and it is not so enjoyable but at least still have a window rather than none. Maybe you can put a remark so that your room is not facing other condos nearby.

We were on the 20th floor with a great view of the city. The view at night was wonderful.

The bathroom. While it was clean and the layout was good, there was a smell from the floor drain next to the toilet bowl.

I asked for clean towel, in 2mins I get a bleached white towel. I need maintenance, 10min problem solved. Room 1905 AC and fridge cold, best views can see heaven, modern decor, great price, fast lift, noise OK for me. Adequate pool and gym. Pool towels always available for gym and swim. Pool perfect for children, shaded and chlorinated. Ridiculously inexpensive until price increase. Staff uber sweet

2 treadmill, 1 by window freezes suddenly. TV small and foggy. Gym would be superior with more cooling, sanitising equipment and drinks, even a pay -machine.
