comfortable beds , very clean , great staff with good cus service

When you walk in it feels brand new! The common areas are very nice. Breakfast was good, but there is a coffee machine that can make all sorts of drinks and some of the drinks were not good. The beds were really comfortable! The room was nice and spacious with amenities you would expect!

I'm not sure if the property is in the middle of a renovation or what, but as soon as you get on the elevator to go to your room, there is duct tape acting as a patch on the floor for some reason. The trim in the bathroom looks spotty, like rust or something. The toilet seat was not securely fastened onto the toilet.

The breakfast area was wonderful. Clean, well-supplied and delicious. Nothing like a hot waffle for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

I didn't like that when I called the desk requesting linens for the pull-out couch that the person told me to come and get them. I had just showered and had my pjs on--unlike half of the country, I don't walk around public in my pjs. We did without and my grandson took pillowcases off the extra pillows and used them as his "blanket."

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast area was very nice and I loved the coffee machine.

While the overall facility looked nice, our room had several maintenance issues. A handle was missing from the closet door, the bathroom door handle didn't work well, a dresser drawer was broken, the wall thermostat didn't work and the air conditioner vent was very dirty.

I didn’t like that once I was there to check in and gave the clerk my info, I was then told I had to have $100 cash deposit bc of the distance between where I lived and the location of the hotel. This meant I had to go to a random place to withdraw money. I just feel like this is something that should be mentioned up front. Maybe install a ATM at the facility.

The location was great, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

The room was located across from the elevator. You could hear the door opening and closing through the night which disrupted your sleep. The ice machine on the third floor is out of order. The exercise room has three (3) pieces of equipment in a very small space.

The location was perfect, right off I-40, could not have been better. The breakfast area was so nice! Probably the best I’ve seen. So clean and modern. Just a cute space. Great breakfast options!! Waffles, 3 meats, eggs, biscuits, juices, coffees and yogurt!! Had minimal contact with staff, but they were great!!

The room itself could have been cleaner. The bathroom was a bit messy, in the corners, I guess you could say. Just some of the details. The mattress was a bit more firm than I’d like.

Very comfortable bed and room was spacious. Pool nice. Overall a good stay. Just TV and breakfast issue.

Unfortunately, the TV was an issue. When we called the front desk we were told service was out due to weather. Called front desk again after 11 and was told there wasn’t any service outage, I just had to change the input selection on the remote……maybe there should be a small sign in each room, or better yet, at the front desk, that tells you to reset input each time. Breakfast…what breakfast? My granddaughter and I went to breakfast at 0850, so we could eat and head out the front door. No food left, was told by the not so friendly kitchen staff, that breakfast was over and no other food, including a bit of waffle mix, would not be refilled. I know with Covid everything is a bit chaotic, but the little things is what can make or break a hotel stay.

The peace and quiet.

Well the fact that the customers had to return there towels to the front desk to get clean ones, or if not they would be charged for them if staff brought them to there rooms. I think that was very cheap and that should be revised.

The hot breakfast was good, had multiple choices available for different pallets. Beds were comfortable, room and bathroom very clean.

The refrigerator kept vibrating on the wall and was kind of loud, had to shift it a couple times. No complaints other than that.
