The outside of the property is terrible. The grounds are not kept. The buildings need to be painted on the outside. The inside of the room was excellent. Very impressed for the price paid.

I was not informed about the 100 dollars deposit prior to me getting on site. The length of time to refund my deposit is too long. 3-6 days is much too long. I should be refunded within 24 hours of checkout.

If you want on the East side of Wichita is was good. The beds were amazing! The kitchen area was okay but felt like they could have provided soap to wash dishes by hand. Overall for for the short stay is was fine.

It needs a facelift on the exterior of the units as well as as the tub in our unit. If staying longer I would not have used the tub/shower. It looked as if it had rust in the bottom.

Loved all the space! We were able to have family meet us there and didn’t have to worry about not having enough room to visit. Two rooms we rented were way more then enough for our family!

Traveled with a family member who was in town for surgery and my request for a ground floor was ignored and when we got there it was two flights of stairs he had to use to get to his room. Not handicap friendly for sure.

I loved the apartment style set up of the room! I’ve been on a 2 week trip from coast to coast, covering 14 states and stayed in many hotels. I have to say that this room was my favorite and wished I had more time to spend there!

The only way it could’ve been better would have been if they had a first floor room available, but it was a last minute rental for me.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was excellent. It was very clean and well-appointed.

Certainly not the staff's fault but 5 mins. before check-in a violent storm knocked out the power. After driving 500 miles we waited in the car for another hour for service to be restored.

I love how big the kitchen is and they leave you a few dishes and it has a dishwasher!!!

The only complaint I have is the the blue paint around and in the pool is very sharp. We got a few cuts swimming in the pool nothing major.

I loved the room. Was very accommodating for myself and children. Pricing for a two night stay was exceptional for the amenities that you receive. Very friendly and very clean. Definitely going to be my top hotel to stay at.

But we had a small leak in our room from the rain and never got a hold of anyone cause no one answered. It didn't even get on any of our stuff at all. Everything else was great.

It was very quiet inside despite being at 54 and Webb. We had a comfortable evening away from home.

The people above us were back and forth all night long. The outside needs a good refreshing.
