The hotel was lakefront and the view was nice. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Great for a night stay. Variety of coffee /tea options available until 10pm, which was great. Hot water/ shower had sufficient water flow.

For people who mistakenly assume that you can walk around the lake, there is a residential house right next to the hotel, so you only have limited access to the lake, mostly right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. Musty smell in the hallways.

The view was nice, the room very comfortable with a small seating area to watch TV, ( we were there Superbowl weekend ), or just look out at the lake. The restaurant was nice, the food was excellent, and service great.

We upgraded to a room for people with mobility issues as my husband has two bad knees and severe arthritis and they named a flat fee for the upgrade, but didn't mention that this fee would be for both nights, so when I went to check out, I owed another 27 dollars, so the upgrade wasn't 27, it was 54 dollars. I just wish they would have given me the total price instead of the price for one night. Also, the room we were in is supposed to be wheelchair accessible and most of the room was, but if anyone is in there with a wheelchair they're going to have a very hard time going out onto the porch because of the large lip for the door track and the fairly large step down. There should be a ramp at least for them to go down. My husband even had a hard time and he's not in a wheelchair.

This is my fourth stay at the property. The location is perfect for exploring the Berkshires. The lakefront rooms are wonderful and well-appointed. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Breakfast is a very nice continental with great coffee! Great value any time of the year. Excellent restaurant onsite with Indian cuisine.

We love it here! Calm, peaceful, beautiful! We love that Mint is in-house and we can go get food and drinks, then just walk back to the room and enjoy a comfortable evening with a beautiful view of the lake, rain or shine.

The only issue was the shower wasn’t draining great at first. That was the only issue we had, but it seemed to fix itself after a couple of showers. Not sure what it was!

Clean, airy breakfast room with good selection. Bedroom layout extremely comfortable--nice amenities-comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Great Location just outside of town.

Older decor BUT is in good condition/clean so a very good value for the price.

Great location. Loved having the balcony overlooking the lake - it was sp peaceful and relaxing. The staff could not have been nicer. They let us check in early which made our trip much less stressful as we were traveling with our dogs.we will definitely be back.

The room needs a deep clean. There were cobwebs in the corners and dead bugs/flies. It would be great if they got rid of the carpets in the rooms as they are a bit dated.

WE come here a couple of times a year. Its always consistent to our expectations: Wonderful! Clean, Breakfast good, Food at MINT Exceptional. WE love it here because we always can depend on top quality!. WE love it here, we love the walks ,the Bird watching and the peace and tranquility it gives us!

It's very dependable that it holds it's standard. Always excellent. We visit once a month not only for the lake view but for the exceptional Indian restaurant. Excellent place Excellent food! A real Gem!

There's never been a disappointing factor in the 8 times we have visited.

good view onto the lake. make sure you ask/get one of those rooms. good value for money eg for just one night in the region. near to Lee town

everything works well but appears somewhat dated, eg brown corridors and carpets. could also use fresh paint on the balconies
