SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Lehigh Valley

I would love more of an efficiency room because I wouldn't mind staying longer. My cousin got there before I did.. the first room smelled so bad, and the bed was broken.. but I did ask for a pool view, regardless.. when I called the front desk.. they were so kind and so accommodating, they moved us immediately.. and into he room I first requested. Loved that. We loved the main courtyard.. perfect and private. The staff was awesome, and very kind.

The pool is beautiful, but it needs to be cleaned.. you can see he ring around the pool, and that's not a good look. Way too pretty a pool for that.

we loved the restaurant inside the building, the bartender was wonderful, so were the wings . we loved the location of our room by the courtyard and the pool was another wonderful experience, many nice people and the hotel was clean and comfortable so was the bed !

had a hard time with the key card at some entrances, also you couldn’t open the 2nd door with a key card from the courtyard to the room . that was the o my downfall of the room , other the. these few issues, our experience at the hotel was wonderful!!

The outdoor pool was a plus , location next to alot of restaurants,and site seeing parks.

Didn't like the pillows on the bed ,they were on smaller side,more on the square shape rather than rectangular side.Also the free breakfast wasn't that great you had to microwave the sandwiches,and there was one microwave where everyone stand in line to use.The breakfast wasn't made fresh.

Rooms where very clean. Exceptional Comfortable and clean beds. Great breakfast facilities and food. Near to the highway to get around and go to stores. Wegman supermarket near by also which is amazing.

Nothing was wrong. It was a great place to stay.

The front desk staff was amazing and nice and helpful. The pool area and courtyard were great. The Security staff even helped our boys look for a lost wiffle ball in a bush because it was dark. All around good stay. A/C was great, bedding was clean, plenty of towels. Parking was convenient and ice machines worked well. Great for travel baseball stay.

Budget friendly and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast in the morning is so so good 😊 I definitely would recommend!

It's a little outdated but that didn't matter to me really.

Our stay was nice. My husband and I had a clean room, nothing fancy. It was just right. The only complaint I would voice is that, the king bed we slept was very uncomfortable. It was very hard and it felt unbalanced. The maintenance lady was very friendly and assisted us with our one request. The front reception was ok. I worked in customer service, and their attitudes weren’t as friendly as they could have been. Other then that, our stay was cool. It was Quiet, cozy, and relaxing, just how we wanted.

Reception/customer service

Nice and clean big room! I was surprised by the size of the room. It was huge! The breakfast was "Grab and go" because of the Pandemic, but the options available were really good. There are snacks pay machines throughout the hotel if you get hungry in the middle of the night. Lot of free parking in the Hotel. The staff was really nice. Everything was perfect and the views outside the hotel outstanding. I'm definitely coming back!

Property is showing its age … for example, hallway carpeting needs to be replaced (unpleasant odors in the hallway and the carpeting IS VERY worn)

The breakfast was great hot/ cold also fresh fruit many drinks muffins yogurt along w a hot meal of eggs, sausage, toast ect

Wish bar was open on sundays
