Everything was very good and comfortable. The only minor problem was the A/C: turned on-off repeatedly and loud. The staff were exceptionally good and helpful, including the breakfast "chef". He was very enjoyable and started our day on a happy note, even with our emergency situation!

There was one fella there that sang as he served in the breakfast lounge area. What a pleasant experience for the staff to be so happy. I asked him if he really liked his job there so well or if he had Jesus in his heart...he replied, "both"! He truly made our breakfast time full of Sonshine. The breakfast foods served was better than many other hotels. Thank you for that !

Coffee bar needs to be amped up. It's the future man. A couple options for boldness and maybe some cream flavor choices. It would pair so well with the food this location offers. Lounge area chairs need a deep clean or replaced.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, the person at the reception desk was helpful and I noticed he was bilingual, he was able to help another guest settle in who seemed to be having a first-time visit to The United States of America. I had a booking, but while I was waiting in the lounge for my Taxi the other day I noticed they were taking in check-ins from people who didn't have a booking, which is another plus point, the Hotel was packed (sold out) but still, it didn't seem like it kudos to the management team for keeping the premises of the hotel so clean even in such busy times. I must say since I was on a budget-friendly traveling, this was the best place for the buck I could find. It's close to the beach than I expected. The staff is well versed & helped me with printing a few documents I needed on urgent basis. I must say the Staff, Location, Services & Cleanliness was on point.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Little living room area and a window seat. Plenty of space for a few nights stay with a little eating area. Bed was comfy and quiet. Couldnt hear neighbors. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good with a cheerful attendant. Location was just off 95. We came for the Daytona race and it was just an easy 30 min drive away.

Elevator was having some hiccups but the building is only 3 stories so no big deal and they were fixed quickly.

Clean, friendly staff and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and the gentleman helper was excellent.

Stayed for six nights and had to ask for a change of towels on day 5. Sheets not changed at all and I emptied the bins. Whether this was policy I don’t know. I realise not the hotels fault but for 5 nights, we had a child gymnast doing somersaults and cartwheels in the room directly above. Stopped by 2200. Hotel could be noisy with guests slamming doors until late.

The cleaness of the room & how the was quick on cleaning up the room & the environment was very safe comfortable, staff was A plus.

Whst i didn't like is that when I was checking out at 430AM no one wasn't at the front desk to take my keys or give me a receipt. Needed to catch a 7AM Flight in Jacksonville & I still haven't received my 50 dollar credit back on my card

Clean, well-maintained property. Everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed breakfast managed by Darren. Great location for us. Met our needs nicely for a reasonable price. This is our second stay and we will likely return if we get back to this area.

Not a negative but be aware it is not a luxury hotel. It's is basic. Possible negative: The pool is more of a pond (small) and had a shred of caution tape hanging from the entrance gate so it may not have even been open. We weren't really that interested in the pool but if you are, be aware it is not a normal sized pool.

The breakfast was good and the man was very friendly and his music made it joyful. Although there was a lot of people in line he got to all of us, I just think maybe the lobby could use some more seating!

The pull out couch was very uneven and just straight springs...one of our family members brought an air mattress and we ended up sleeping on that for the rest of the weekend. Whenever I went to ask for an extra towel the lady there straight up ignored me, finished what she was doing..then helped me. Like lady really. Also the elevator stopped working and ice maker on the first floor didn't work either so we had to keep going up.

Excellent breakfast! There is quite a bit to choose from and it’s all quality food. No cheap stuff. And even the eggs are real! (The chef is very entertaining too!). He keeps the area very clean as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Krenny, the front desk evening clerk.

I have stayed there three or four nights in the past three months. It could use a little updating. One night I had a room with only a microwave. Another night I had a room with only a refrigerator. This last time I requested and got a room that had both. The only problem was that the refrigerator was froze up and didn’t work.

The property was fine, but the management was somewhat abrupt. I had a parking fee and $20/day pet fee added to my bill that I never saw stated when I booked the room on booking.com. The manager ensured that the woman checking me in added the parking fee PER DAY and pet fee in the middle of checking me in. I understand the pet fee, but I don’t understand the parking fee of $5/day. I probably will not use a Microtel again! it would have been different to know up front NOT upon check in.
