Due to the tourism bubble, prices are quite high everywhere, and this hotel is no exception, which can affect the value for money.

- Fantastic location at the heart of Barcelona! A few steps from Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, Ramblas de Catalunya, etc - A taxi stop at the door! Any time we needed a taxi, we got it immediately. - Plenty of excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. - A good supermarket around the corner, great for getting bottled water or some snacks for the evenings. - Clean and comfortable room. The bed was huge and properly made, and the pillows were just right for sleeping or reading. - Good and tasty breakfast.

- The lights in the room could have been better. The room was somewhat dark (bedside lights and bathroom lights were ok, but general light was insufficient.

The breakfast was good but the staff and the service was not good, we hadn't finished breakfast, just got up to get a coffee, the girl had cleaned the table and given to someone else, when we told we hadn't finished, she was given us a table far away Because it was 6 of us, but we didn't get to sit together 😔

Mostly quiet. You can still hear your neighbors but to expect otherwise is not very realistic. Good balanced breakfast. They have hard boiled eggs if you wanted some protein without added salt or improve your hygiene. Also have fresh veggies fruits and I think I saw some whole grain breads as well. As well as dairy and yogurt. Well rounded health conscious breakfast.

Still slightly noisy, but mostly due to the people above and not due to effort. At least on staff pet they already allocated the most quiet room in terms of floor plan on my floor to us.

This hotel is in a excellent location . One block east is the metro and hop on hop off tourist bus . One block east is a " Ramblas " type area , but without the Croud , prices , and pickpockets . Great BIG breakfast , but I prefer coffee and a croissant at the open air restaurants . Get a room with a terrace . Well worth it .

I would have liked a few more international TV channels . But I was not there to watch TV much . Beware of the pickpockets . Barcelona is the pickpocket capital of Europe . They really should improve that . Even I could spot a few of them .

The hotel is very well located, close to the "centre" of Barcelona, 15-20' walk from the sea front, with a taxi station right in the corner. The staff is very friendly and helpful and can book tickets to whatever you wish to visit. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast has a good selection of everything. Overall a very good hotel for a city trip

Although not bothered by it that much, but the hotel needs updating in the near future. Things like glue back a lose tile, the bath is missing the stop. 1 change suggestion: the wooden chair is too heavy to lift so and no good option on tiles. You hear neighbours dragging out the chair. Nonetheless, will stay here next time again 100%.
