The stay was great. Perfect location for me, comfortable bed, spacious room, very good breakfast. Almost everything was good.

The check-in procedure takes unreasonably long (and it's not just me - I saw long lines waiting at the reception). Even with the Booking.com booking and fully paid in advance, it took about 15 mins. I forgot to use the online check-in, maybe it would have saved some time... Also some strange design/ergonomic solutions in the otherwise perfect room: - no shelves to put clothes/things on, just hangers. I had to keep my stuff in the suitcase - hooks for towels are in the other end of the spacious bathroom, and none to keep towels at arms-length from the shower.. These are not major things, of course, but still a little annoying :)

Very good location for us as we arrived by bus to Riga Coach Station, just few hundred meters. Also hotel is very near to Riga Old Town. Breakfast was good, room was nice with interesting view. Also we went to Spa/sauna and it had good saunas and pools.

Very minor thing about Spa/sauna. We thought visit to Spa/sauna is included to room price, but it was not. Maybe it was written to description, maybe not. Spa/saunas were good though and worth even the extra price.

Hotel was perfectly located, right next to the old town city and across the street from market and train station. Room was cleaned and spacious. Best thing about this hotel was definitely breakfast, you could choose from wide range - sweet pancakes or salty hashbrowns. I would recommend to go to breakfast either very early or after 9:30 because it was crowded around 9:00 am, but this is not fault of hotel. SPA was good as well. 15 euro for 1,5 hours - sauna, jacuzzi and small pool. If you book it online via concierge it was 10 euro. Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and would pick it again for stay in Riga.

Room 425 was right next to staff room and staff kept smasching the door from ealrly morning till lunch very often and it was bothering us during stay. We notified about this receptionist and she said she will discuss it.

great location, great hotel, great breakfast with rich variety of all kinds of food both locally and internationally. just a 5 minutes strawl from city center and just opposite central bus station, train station and the airport bus line 22 just outside the front door

all those emails prior to the visit from both booking. com and the hotel… i think 10 emails with promotions, online check in requirement, email about need for payment directly to the hotel even already secured by booking( and tha5 email never came) required to register with all kinds of details fo me and partner and the again at arrival, the same information……so annoying.

Cleanness and location.

Rooms were not sound proof. We could hear the other rooms when talking loud. We get a phone call to the room from staff, but the call was ended without any conversation. One of the stuff came to the room door. We opened the door and the staff said: "Sorry, wrong room :| " :| There was no WC for mothers with a baby in the lobby. But it was manageable in the room's WC. The early check-in that hotel claims to provide for their customers is not real. We were waiting from early morning until 13:30 with a 2 years old kid in the lobby. The staff in the reception didn't even check our reservation details until then.

Lovely hotel. Good size room. Great location. We stayed here before so decided to do it again. Overall the hotel is nice and breakfast is great. The view from the room was nice.

As it was very hot outside the room was not cooled down for us before we arrived, so we tried to cool it down however air-conditioning is not powerful enough. It was ok, but it was still hard to sleep through the night. So it wasn't a great night's sleep. Also a room full of little mosquitos, but no spray available. Needed to use our mosquito body spray to get rid of them, it did work in the end I think. The bathroom extractor fan was also not powerful enough so it felt like a sauna in there. We were at the top floor.

We loved the location and quality of the room (describe a value for money). It was quiet, and we had a nice view of a spot with trees with no other buildings in front of our window. The room was clean and of good size. Breakfast was good. Modern enough building in the Old Riga. There was spa, but we did not use it at all, was not of interest then.

Not that much. Only that the door in our room 521 was not always properly locked on its own, we needed to control it after we once returned to unlocked door (we did not close it properly when came to change and left again for dinner). The second time, the unlocked door waited for us after cleaning was done in our absence. I'm sure if I have told that to the reception, it would have been fixed.

I booked the top floor room (Mansards roof top) and could see a little part of Riga in front of the hotel. Room was awesome and a large bright bathroom with roof windows. Staff, reservations Team (especially Kristine), and Spa receptionist were wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast amazing and rich variety of delicious food. Everything clean and tidy. Breakfast hall so bright and huge, that people can eat and do their things freely. Bed was huge and excellent pillows. Minibar and safe box in the room were so handy. Spa facilities clean and beautiful, 2 type saunas and 2 little water pools. Location amazing with plenty of restaurants and Cafes where to eat & drink all night. The best ones Hard Rock Cafe and Latvian Folk club Ala Pagrabs (Peldu iela 19) where can try old time Latvian dishes and a variety of beer. The bus 22 stops opposite the hotel and takes you to the Riga airport in 30 min and cost just €1.50. Really recommending this hotel and it is safe there all the time.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Perfect location, the staff was friendly and the hotel clean and cosy. You could not hear any noise from the traffic. The food was tasty.

The spa was too small considering the name of the hotell and 15e /pers is too much too pay extra. . It should be included in all rooms.

Room was lovely, really big and had everything, staff were very friendly, breakfast was included as well as spa access. The location is great, right in central Riga and for the money it's not bad at all! I would stay again!

For a hotel breakfast we didn't think it had a great selection, but what they had was very nice. The spa was good but quite small only 2 saunas and 1 hot tub with 1 small pool, sometimes had kids running around and splashing into pools and staff or parents didn't seem to care which was a shame. We also found the hot tub and pool to have a lot of bubbles to the point it was like a foam, not sure if it's dirty or just an imbalance of chemicals in the pool but either way it wasn't the best Personally I also didn't like the bed, I found it gave me a bad back the next day but my partner didn't have any issues with it so maybe just personal preference
