We had a premium room for 4-persons, that in reality consisted of two well sized double rooms with connecting doors. Worked great for me and my family. Beautifully decorated rooms, clean and bright. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms that were functional. Good windows that isolated the sound from the street outside. Very central location! Got the car parked close to the hotel (with extra cost), but not many parking spaces near by. Recommend eating affordable local food at one of the Lido restaurants and visiting the Central Market close to the hotel.

Air conditioning was not sufficient in the premium rooms on the 4:th floor, so the room was a bit too hot in the night and you could not open the windows because of the noice in the street. Breakfast was ok but I would have liked some better quality bread like bread rolls. We brought the food to our room, because the breakfast room was ful. I would have expected better air conditioning and mabye a bit nicer breakfast experience for the price we paid. But as a whole the hotel was quite nice!

I stayed in the hotel second time, last time was exactly a year ago. I booked a top floor room with a balcony and jacuzzi.I love it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent-a big choice and all fresh and tasty. I left my luggage there as checkout was 12:00 but my flight was at 23:00. Location is perfect in old Riga a few steps away from the restaurants, pubs and shops. The public transport -trams,buses,trolleybuses ,minicabs, train station, bus station all steps away. There is a canal boat 2 minutes walking distance.

Nothing really to say-liked everything.

Overall our 5 day stay was pretty nice. The hotel is not the newest, but quite clean and kept in a good condition. From our economy double room we had no decent view outside the window (it was to the small inner courtyard, practically - few meters to the wall), but it was not a big disadvantage for us as we're happy with quiet and darker room when we want to sleep longer. Rooms with the windows to the street may be a bit loud as there are some bar nearby. Breakfast was fine too - quite a big choice, including some warm options, fruits and vegetables. Big TV in the room, having few channels in English. And awesome location, still in the old town, but just w few minutes walk from the train station.

Unfortunately bed wasn't the best one, it was making noises when you move on it and the mattress was a bit too hard for me. Pillows was a bit too flat, but when we asked at the reception we received additional set.

Superb location - less than 5 minutes' walk from the bus station. Nice big room, a TV,three table lamps with a fridge, safe, air conditioning ( helpful at night when it was 21c and difficult to sleep),and a bath in the bathroom as well as the shower, a heated towel rail, and a surfeit of towels- very luxurious! The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was very comprehensive but alas not for me as a vegan, yet plant milks were supplied so all was not lost!

The windows wouldn't open fully which I found frustrating during the hot weather. I like to be able to ventilate a room especially when it's warm. It was also exceedingly noisy outside at night ( young revellers I presume).

Perfect location for downtown, bus to airport & train station. Couple of bars downstairs some mild noise but never any trouble & very handy for a drink.

Rainfall shower head didn’t work (think this was due to lack of water pressure as we were on 6th floor). Toilet seat was too small for the toilet so kept moving. Double bed was actually just two single beds pushed together and as had no way to secure the mattresses they kept shifting. But really these were minor issues which didn’t overly impact our stay.

It was perfect stay for our family, the connected room was good solution for us. The hotel is quite small and very cozy. The rooms were very spacious. Coffe and tea maker was in the room and mini bar is with good prices and great drink selection.

I can’t say anything bad.

Breakfast was perfect, plenty of choices to eat and everything was fresh. Staff at the reception was very hepful. Generally there was a clean, tidy and calm atmosphere at the hotel. Wi-Fi is good. Location is perfect for old town visits (right at the entrance), and also very close to main bus station and marketplace (4-5 minutes walking). Next time, I will stay again.

Wi-Fi signal stregth was not good at the inner looking rooms. We went 4 families and rented 4 different rooms. One room is looking inner garden, and signal strength was weak in that room.

Everything is perfect. My room was at 4th floor with all facilities ,very clean and bright with modern design of furniture ,minibar ,safe ,phon ,water kettle. The room was cleaned every day (change of the towels every day and every 3 day the change of sheets) .The staff is very kind and helpful.Very good buffet breakfast ,various choice of local and international dishes. The location is excellent in the historic center, you can find everything in 5 minutes by foot :supermarket, farmacy ,commercial centr ,a lot of restaurants and bars and the main attractions .Definitely recommended.

good location, very clean

the bed makes too much noise. on one side of the building the street was too noisy during the midnight since there were pubs and nightclubs directly below and the soundproofing of the window in one of our room was extremely awful. We could clearly hear people shouting, screaming and laughing even though we were at the highest floor. The hotel didn’t want to let us change the room in the beginning since there weren’t any same type rooms empty or we needed to pay more but that’s totally unfair for us. We appreciate the male staff that gave us another room type eventually but we could have avoided this controversy if there was a reminder of this situation in this room type.
