I loved the location,food and facilities.Rooms were also very cosy.Staff in the restaurant and ladies in the spa were outstanding.Breakfast was lovely.

There was no coffee machine in our room,I asked male receptionist and he said that rooms on the 3rd floor have no coffee machine.They also had no instant coffee which is very strange for a 5 star hotel.Considering that hotel was nearly empty I think staff should have brought a coffee machine to the room or given us a room that has one.

I could not expect anything better than that . I loved absolutely everything : well preserved & looked after surroundings, 14 hectars of natural forest with the most amazing botanical gardens, beautiful roses & other flowers, colourful shrubs, its flaura, deep lake with a nice beach- all that took my breath away. We were welcomed by the most friendly & charming Diana & a friendly young man Tomas. The hotel room exceeded my expectations .They have the best Spa I have ever been to. Vile is very professional & friendly. Svieta gave me a beautiful massage. The restaurant & its food with fine wines is absolutely good : fresh, organic products, meats & fish etc. the best quality & very well prepared by the outstanding chef Ernestas. Their breakfast is to die for. To sum it up : Heaven on Earth . :)

The location was just perfect, almost in the forest, near the lake - the view is amazing! Rooms are very well equipped and the beds are comfortable and big. Everything is very clean, japanese toilets were super fun :D The breakfast was very nice, big choice, tasty, super pleasant personnel. Food in the restaurant was super tasty.

Even though spa center was very nice and cozy - it's super small according to the number of people in the hotel. It's inconvenient to dress there even if there are only 4 persons in the changing room! 2 saunas, small jacuzzi, nice beds for vitamin D lamps, 1 pool and infrared sauna. If there are 10 people - super nice stay. If spa is occupied with more than 10 people - its very crowdy there. Also - why menu of TV is in russian language?? Change it!

Outside could be more clean. Buildings from outside are never washed. Bowling was totally not working. after we asked the staff, they “fixed it”, but the screens were not working, the automatic ball return was also not working. We fixed everything ourselves and made it work, but its 5star hotel, it should be taken care for us. Also no smoking in the rooms, but can we heat heets? or vapes? Could be stated more clearly, because fine is 5000 :)

The restaurant is amazing, not a single comment about food. It's pricey but worth every cent. I would even feel sad once dinner is over, that's how good it was! It's nice that there is a gaming area, spa and the place is next to the lake and forest. The area is just lovely. There are winter activities available, weather permitted. The main reason why I chose this hotel is because it had some additional activities available. Just a lovely weekend getaway place. I'm not sure we'd choose it in summer time as it seems it would be a bit too crowded.

The lounge wasn't open so the only place to eat was the restaurant. And no place to chill after dinner. Spa is nice but there was no staff to help or look after (only at the reception). Gaming room is an amazing idea but it badly needs renovation, someone to look after it and allow drinks. In general some parts of the resort are in need to modernisation, as it still feels like Soviet Union, which stops them from providing a full on luxury experience.

I appreciated how employees treated guests and would like to pass special thanks to Diana at the reception! I also liked the location, the lake, the flowers and the facilities.

There was one or two days when there were weddings in the hotel, on those evenings the atmosphere was a bit different (you could hear them and not really feel unity with nature as much as on other days)

Beautiful location, nice rooms, great service, nice spa. Breakfast food selection was not that much but everything was delicious. We were impressed by the entertainment area with bowling, table tennis, billiard etc.

Maybe the fact that every location is separate and one needs to always enter from outside, i.e spa area, restaurant etc, so in winter with a kid it's a lot dressing up and undressing. There was no door mat in the room so with shoes we would bring a lot of snow and water (and salts) from outside which would make that part of the room messy.

The food was excellent (breakfast and restaurant), SPA is small but cosy. The environment is beautifully landscaped, a pleasant forest to walk around. Lots of winter fun on offer (but requires snow and ice on the lake)

going to the spa and restaurant outside, if the weather is good, it's nothing, but if it's bad - it won't be nice. The temperature in the rooms was automatically set too high, reaching +26 at night - too hot to sleep. We had to open the window outside several times during the night to get some fresh air (we stayed in the winter). At night the room temperature should not exceed +21.

Wonderful place. We liked the design, staff, breakfast. The restaurant and cuisine were perfect! The dishes were amazing, everything was super tasty! It's a really nice place to visit if you want to relax and chill out in SPA, walk and see natural beauty of Lithuanian country side, spend time with your family.

The only disappointing thing was the lights outside. When we went to bed the lights on the terrace shone in our eyes. There were no option to switch them off. The curtains were too small to cover the window. the lights were too bright and it was difficult to fall asleep ((

We enjoyed the view a lot, bathroom was extremely clean and neat. Everything – spa and restaurant – were located nearby, so it was easy to get around. We were a bigger party of girls and found toiletries to be very nice, too.

Spa was a bit crowded and changing rooms are too small. Also, electricity was cut off (local problems because of windy weather). Because of this lobby bar was closed and we could not visit it, we were looking forwar to it because we were celebrating.
