stayed in B32-18, very good studio unit, as close to western standard as you will get for these price range, way way above average for KL.. all very clean, fully furnished kitchen, everything you might need is there, even a plug extender! omg this is a first thank you!!! a Ceiling Fan with the remote, perfect! the 2 AC on the balcony are dead silent, nice! the unit doesn't get too warm as not exposed to the sun and well isolated. big TV and 100Mbps internet, awesome! washing machine! 3 mirrors in the main area plus 1 in the bathroom, wow never seen this in Malaysia !!!

PSA : automated doors to enter the building are the most annoying ever ... my guess is one badge can only enter/exit once but people have made duplicates and therefore 9/10 you will not be able to exit/enter properly as the duplicate badge have crossed without you ... to fix it you have to open the opposite side without crossing by asking someone, let the door close, then open from your side, unreal ... the guard will help during the day but not at night. This is the same bs for all the many Mercu Summer Suites listings not just this one, so arm yourself with patience here ... noticeable noise coming from outside the room during the day from the maintenance door in front and when people clean the other unit. annoying mosque noise early in the morning.

So convenient, it has a kitchen, living room area, a balcony and a kitchen washing machine. We were so comfortable and only a short walk away from the main attractions (KLCC tower etc). There is a cafe and grocery store downstairs so you have everything at your fingertips. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too

Beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment! Everything was good and they answered my texts very quickly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool is surrounded by buildings. It’s always on shadow!

Spacious room with lots of amenities in a great location.

The check in was a struggle to get the entrance card to work, the card also failed multiple times during my stay. On my departure there were issues with the power in the building so I had to walk down 18 flights of stairs with my suitcase cause the elevator wasn't working. This was not the fault of the host so I am not holding this against them, just thought it would be good to know for people with mobility issues that this could be the case.

The location was amazing. Close to the rail and train station and even walking distance to the Petrona Towels. The guy that received me was very helpful and always guided me in anything I ask for. I really had a pleasant time here!

If you’re looking g for sun in the pool is a bit difficult as it’s surrounded by buildings but is a nice and safe place to be as is always look after by a security guy!

We liked this appartament very much, and when we go to KL again, we would like to stay at this appartament again. Firstly, it is close to the center; we were between Petronas Towers and KL Tower. Secondly, it is quiet; we were on the 23th floor, and we almost did not hear he sound of the road below us. The check in asistent speaks English, he helped us many times. There is a clear gym & pool zone on the 11th lvl. The bilding is very clean, the lifts are very quick. Our being in KL was very comfortable! Note! You have to take a English type power unit, becouse there are only Eng. power socets in the appartament.

Had fabulous stay with my family , centrally located and had cafe and shops , hair saloon located in ground floor . Cherry on top, there is also 24 hours shop which sells hot food as well. Easy to access to main attractions by walking. Has all facilities as described, good view from balcony. Hospitality was exceptional , will defintely recommend this property if you are planning to visit KL.

Location is good. Close to different public transport. In lobby of condo two shops with product and also couple of cafe, and exchange office. Close to main sightseeings. The appartment was amazing. All things inside work: washing machine, kitchen, bed, table. WiFi was Fast. I like this Place a lot.

First evening they gave us just one key when we check in, bring second one next day, that was not comfy. The bathroom is a little small and wet after using, the hot water pressure was not enough, but still work. But it is not critical.

Clean suit with really big bed, useful kitchen, sofa and cute balcony. There even were iron and washing machine! By the way, the place is really good, 5 minutes to monorail station, 13 minutes to Petronas. Also our child loved the pool, the gym is also good👍

Nothing. Only the shortness of stay, but it is our problem ;)
