The location was good, it was surrounded by f&b restaurant, several convenience store and a coffee house just below the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities are good, well maintained. Love that the TV allow me to watch netflix, fast internet. A bit of a minor inconvenience such as: There was also a door (joint room) which i wasn’t expecting but at least it is locked so thats fine. The safety deposit box was small but staff was kind enough to hold my valuable while I left for conference.

The wall was a bit too thin, I stayed during weekdays so it was quite but towards weekend when people checked in I could hear next door conversations / laugh. The light fixtures/vent makes a sound after a while during shower but fixed when turned off the light.

1) Very easy to locate using Waze/Google maps and it is by the road side 2) Near to 711, CU mart, pharmacy 3) Lots of eatery around area (limited halal eateries, need to travel to town a little but it's very easy to go by car) 4) Staff on duty 24/7 were all very friendly and helpful 5) Room was spacious and clean (it can get noisy with the honking of the cars as it was by the main road. But if you're not bothered about noise like me, you'll be fine) 6) Beds and sofas were huge and comfortable 7) Love love love the upper floor shower as it has a variety of shower settings (wish it was the same for the lower floor toilet)

1) Limited channels on TV 2) Lower floor toilet has no convenient shower for older people (but the jacuzzi tub is nice, just inconvenient for older people to take a shower as they have to go into the tub) 3) some of the lights in the room is starting to flicker but we are not bothered by it cause we off it

-nice decoration -well furniture -have jacuzzi -comfort bed -provide almost everything inside room -have family mart, cu mart , 7 eleven & pharmacy and other shop lot nearest (walking distance only) -2km from town ( not stuck in traffic jem) -near viral keria gula melaka shop & mc donald ( a few minute by car) - we arrive early around 12 before check in time ( 3pm). I ask them to clean my room first once available. By 1.30 they call me to check in. - no hassle when check in / check out

shower room design can be better. Water from the shower constantly threatens to flood the toilet when one is having a shower. Interim solution is to place the bath tower on the floor...which then again, not ideal as the thought of that very tower is to be re-used by another guest. (yes, it will be washed but back home, you do not use a floor rag as a towel do you?)

The location is convenient to the main tourist attraction in Melaka, nearby with 7eleven stores and CU as well as the bank. Open parking and easy to monitor the vehicle. The room is nice with window facing the main road but worry not, you will not hear any noise.

I have checked in at 7pm something and the towel is not ready yet maybe because of the number of tourists or shortage of manpower (because its during Hari Raya Weekend) and its tolerable but the facts that the staff enter our room to put the towel when we was away should be avoided. Because we can self pickup at the lobby once we got back. But anyhow, no missing items or such.

Decent room , clean and simple. Furnished with all the toiletries, towel and hair dryer. i love the local coffee that they give complimentary in the room.

Many of rack space and well equipped wardrobe racks for me to hang clothes. Also liking the full body mirror. Absolutely a good choice of stay if you are heading to the Chinese restaurant behind for wedding.

The shower curtain was a little short and is not effectively blocking out the water spills. Hence the floor gets wet easily anyway.

I was so impressed once I get into the hotel room. It’s feel like you booked 5 star hotel. Nice hotel and room is clean.

I feel annoyed and can’t sleep well because of the sound of passing cars from the outside because the hotel location in front of the main road.
