Only a 12-15min walk to Jonker Street! I liked that the room was very clean, came with plenty of space, and had most necessary amenities. I also liked that it wasn't overpriced like some other hotels in Malacca. It was also in a heritage building which gave it a boutique hotel feel. With a Genius discount, we paid only around SGD 55 per person for 2 nights.

There are hidden fees not known to us (this seems to be a thing with malaysian hotels in general). We had to pay a heritage tax plus SST even after the payment on booking.com. Would prefer if these fees are made known upfront. The shower floods the entire bathroom space whenever it's used. There were also no room slippers even on request. The TV only has malay channels (not even an english one, haha). But these didn't affect our stay that much. For the price, I think it's okay!

We chose this hotel for our first two nights in Malaysia, and I can say that it was definitely a perfect choice to regain strength after a 30 hours intercontinental trip! It was very close to Melaka city center - we could easily walk to Melaka Night Street Market and to all other historical attractions. Staff was really kind and always available: our room was practically new and really clean, and the hotel in general was very nice, also in common areas. It's also easily reachable from the airport: all it takes is a cheap Grab ride.

Breakfast is not provided: of course we knew it so it does not affect our final vote, but it would be nice if they provided it.

It was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had! The hotel offered a diverse array of culinary delights, including traditional local dishes and international cuisines. The quality and flavors of the food were exceptional, providing me with a delightful start to each and every day. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Had a pleasant stay at the nines Hotel. Interior was true to picture, environment was clean. Hotel had a little pantry area that fully stocked with food and dispenser to refill water. Have a little dining area for travellers to eat food they brought back to hotel. Level 2 can iron clothes n includes a cosy corner with bean bags for people to sit and chat. Hotel staff was very friendly. Will consider coming back for future stays. WiFi is also a little slow but not an issue if you have ur own data. Great place for short stays in general

The room is spacious & clean!

A Heritage hotel with very nice ancient design. The hotel cafe is so surprisingly nice with huge spaces, free snacks, utensil and water dispenser. Location is strategic that it is just very short waking distance to famous Ta Chong popiah and Putu Piring. Check in was smooth and staff are friendly. Has own car park that is very easy to access.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good bed, air-con and hot water. Parking on-site. The hotel looks new and modern. Lots of good eating places near the hotel and walking distance to Jonker Walk. Will book again or recommend.

Sound insulation not as good as you can hear some noises from next room. Check- out time is 11am, unlike another hotel which is 12pm. As most popular cafes are only open at 10am, a 12pm check-out would be better.

everything was good except that the noises by door slamming. Imagibe if you have many neighbours around you, you might get frightened by door slamming whenever they are in and out.
