Well, it'll be nice if there is proper "laluan" for wheelchair and walking aid. My old father have a bit difficulty entering the lobby. But overall, all great!

Pleasant Stay! Everything was good. 1. Great location: nearby restaurants, shops, tourist spot and many more 2. Staffs are very friendly and helpful 3. Parking lot available in front of hotel 4. Rooms are very clean and neat 5. Beds so comfort 6. Toilet are super clean and the water pressure are excellent 7. Easy to check in and out 8. Great location and easy to locate

Nothing! Just a advise to those who want to stay here with babies, try not to take room facing the main road as it quite noises even after midnight due to cars and motorcycles.

All except from the above. We are a bit particular with the dust in our room and we noted that the room that we were in was exceptionally clean without a speck of dust. You know the cleaners are doing their job when the top part of the wardrobe or under the bed is without any previous rubbish and minimal dust. Most of the hotel will ignore these part because they think ppl wouldn't notice. Kudos to Terra Nova and the team.

The calls to ask whether the room needs to be cleaned. Appreciate the gesture but we would hang the 'make up room's sign or advise verbally.

Easy to park, nearby to good place for eat(⭐ cafe nearby,kfc,asam pedas claypot). not to crowded place, the price is cheaper and been upgrade to a family room for genius member. The staff were helpful and friendly. Tv channel is okay as we did nit spent much in the room. But sure will come back for short stay and very recommended

kettle - inside did not wash properly, there a stain n become rust. professional work etiquette - if u want to scold ur staff, please do later/after she/he finish the check in process and do it in a room, not in front of guest, as we will heard and we want to be fast in the room. you will just disrupt the process and buy us some time before we can had our room card.

Sound proofing needs to be a little better, as can hear the sounds from the road. Room has a bit of smell, but just bring a room spray and it's all good. Shower and toilet bowl is super close, so water sprays out onto the floor and toilet bowl area.

The hotel is new and clean. Fast check-in. The family room is spacious but cheap.. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. TV, aircond, hair dryer all functioning. The iron is prepared outside the hotel room but we can bring it inside. Overall, OK. No complain as the price is cheap compared to other hotels nearby.

Hotel with pool is always better. But, nevertheless, for the budget hotel, this hotel is super good!

Location good. near to jonker walk & vintage night market. also near to kota laksamana, can eat pak putra & asam pedas. near the hotel also have kfc & us pizza. the room ok & clean. iron got at the outside. parking free & a lot.

Better book using Booking.com. If you walk in price will be double. Location near to the city. The best hotel with cheap price. They provide everything you needed like toothpaste toothbrush, shower cap etc. Also got hair dryers. Everything was good during my stay. Comfortable hotel with cheap price. Wifi was excellent coverage superr laju weii!

Towels a bit smelly maybe x kering betul. Ada bau kepam busuk. Maybe hotel can improve the towels.

everything was great,,, staff give their best to make sure you have a pleasant stays,,, plus, the Wifi connection is better than I expected,,, I'm definitely staying here again😎...

the rooms were not soundproof,,, that's why i rate 9/10,,, usually I don't mind about that,,, but apparently some parents wont calm their kids at 7 in the morning😐...

The shower ,aircond ,plugs ,the TV , environment near 7e ,pizza And klebang beach . Easy excess with free tooth brush and clean glasses ... Toilet is very clean really love it.

Towel ,bed sheet ,and comforter wasn't clean enough.but understandable that's is enough for what I paid for so I don't expect much
