The location of the hotel is 10/10. It is the centre of Maltese lifestyle with good bars and restaurants or just a walk by the seaside. The public transport system is very good from the hotel, the bus stop is one step away (you can go to Valletta or any big cities of the island), the ferry is only 5 minutes walk which takes you to Valletta or you can order a Bolt (taxi) it will be at the hotel in 2 minutes. The room was very comfortable with a stunning view to the sea from the balcony. It is well-equipped with towels, iron and iron board, hairdryer, TV, fridge, water, tea/coffee, etc. There is a very good restaurant (Grana) in the hotel at the groundfloor, and there is a jakuzzi on the rooftop. With a daily ticket (you get it at the reception) you can use Aqualuna which is next to the hotel and has a swimmingpool and a large sunbathing area with cocktails. The staff was adorable, they helped us with everything 24/7.

With a little bit more attention cleanness can be improved, especially in the bathroom. There were little stains on the tiles and some hair in the shower. From an environment friendly perspective I highly recommend not to change all of the towels (5-6 pieces in a room) every single day. A guest can use a towel for 2-3 days or more in row, there is no need to change them every day. Cleaning these amount of towels use a huge amount of water and electricity which is totally unneccessary. Be more aware on the environment :)

Our stay here was great! The hotel is near transportation to other parts of the island. It is not located in the capital city, Valletta, but you can either take a bus or a ferry to go there. The bus takes about 30 minutes to Valletta, but the ferry takes only about 5 minutes and it is only 1.80 euros each way. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant serves great food at a very reasonable price. Rooms and facilities are kept very clean! There is an indoor pool, very small, and an outdoor pool across from the hotel but it is free of charge for hotel guests. The breakfast was good, too. We were assigned to the 1st-floor breakfast room for the first 2 days of our stay and then transferred to the 8th-floor restaurant. This one has a view of the city. The bedrooms are big and more like a mini apartment. Our room had a mini kitchen with the basic things needed for preparing meals, a mini fridge, and also a kettle. The hotel also has a desk for booking tours for different activities. Gabriela, the girl who works in this area, was friendly and knowledgeable. We booked two tours with her help and loved them both. We loved our stay here and would be glad to stay there again if we go back to Malta someday.

We booked in this hotel per another person's recommendation. There was only one bedroom available when we booked so, sadly, we had to take this one. The only thing we didn't like was that the shower had no shelves or anything to place your shampoo bottle or anything needed for taking a shower. I don't know if this is true only for this room or not, but that made taking a shower a problem as it was impossible not to get the floor wet when trying to retrieve things from the outside of the shower.

Everything went really well since the beginning, from the time we reserved till we checked out. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist you in any matter. Thank you Sophie, Gabriela, Jericho and all the other people who run everything very smoothly. The location is perfect as a starting point to visit the island. Walking distance from all the transport you need (bus, ferries, sightseeing tours) to explore everything from here. Close-by to restaurants, bars and shopping centres. The hotel has its own restaurant, an outdoor jacuzzi in the top floor and a small indoor pool and sauna. The room was very confortable, with a big bed and had everything you need: air conditioner; a small kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave; towals, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer... The breakfast is one of the best we experienced and very complete, everything fresh and clean, with a lot to choose from and with a fantastic view to the bay area. The team who runs the kitchen and breakfast room is amazing, always making sure everything was perfect and everyone was happy!

The staff could not be more helpful. Great amenities, excellent location and brilliant views from the lounge very happy with my stay.

The breakfast was cold so I only had it the once. The room had a window but I could see nothing and did not know what the weather was like outside.

The location was well situated in Sliema facing Valetta and the waterfront. The staff were polite and helpful with concierge service available every day. The pool is fantastic, though shared with 4 hotels (plenty enough space). The bathroom was spacious, with plenty of space in the main bedroom area. Welcome drinks offered upon arrival was a nice touch.

Our courtyard view was into a light shaft and white wall, where we couldn't open windows, so the room smelt very stale. The 2 single beds had about 20cm between them, so essentially became queen bed. Breakfast was very average and often cold (hot food), mostly catering to English breakfast style.

Location excellent just across the water back to Valletta via the Sliema ferry, staff where all very accommodating, sorting taxi and transfers out! great room Family suite with excellent view across bay back towards Valletta. comprehensive breakfast two little shops either side of reception that seems to be open 24/7 complimentary access to Aqualuna across the road which was very nice my 4 yr old loved it , and for myself getting cocktails brought to you while people watching around the poolside was a treat!

common gripe bathroom a bit tight with a very compact shower , but hey I am holiday!

The hotel is excellent value for money. We booked early in February at a very good price. For a 3 *** hotel it's great. It's centrally located close to bus stops and ferry to Valetta. There's unbeatable view of the bay and Valetta in the distance. We stayed in superior room with the view to the side of the road. We specifically chose those rooms because they're newly refurbished. The room had all the amenities, it was clean and comfortable. It was my birthday so on arrival I was greeted with colorful balloons on the beds. Breakfast terrace on the 9th floor offers spectacular views. Breakfast itself isn't spectacular, but, again, for a 3*** hotel it's perfectly fine. Free entrance to the Aqualuna pool is a plus. Service maids are especially nice and kind and they kept the room clean and resuplied it with tea, coffee, bottle of water and toiletries daily.

For a 3*** hotel everything was more than fine and up to standard.

The hotel has a great location because you can find buses that can get you to all the parts of the island (Dingli, Marsakloxx, Valletta, Popeye Village etc.). We had breakfast there which was amazing, a lot of choice and delicious food. People working there were always very polite, kind and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a beautiful view and it offers you access to the two pools (one indoor and one outdoor). On our last day, we could leave our luggage at the hotel for free which is very nice of them.

We didn't like the noise because of which we couldn't get enough sleep. We are aware that it is not the hotels fault, but there was constant noise from slamming the doors and we heard everybody talking and walking through our hallway...And once we got a dirty towel, they must have missed it.

The view! Utterly amazing. The rooms were separate which was a nice surprise so the kids slept in another room from us giving us and them a break from each other and of course some privacy. The balcony was very small but enough for us to sit together. Breakfast ran till 10 which is later than a lot of places ( and they really weren’t stringent about that either) and was comprehensively stocked and constantly refilled. And actually quite good quality. Kids ate well every morning, typical fare of cooked and continental but also a giant bowl of “nutella” and freshly baked croissants etc. The pool is beautifully situated and well staffed. Pool also has fee Wi-Fi. Nice touch. Ice and water readily available on most floors ( ice on every 2nd floor) very handy for refilling bottles. The air con was fabulous! Worked really really well in both rooms. The cleaners did a lovely job ( every day if you needed them).

Kitchen: poorly stocked, but had enough to make noodles or pasta. No forks though?! I saw a microwave in another room so maybe it just depends on the room you get. The pool was very busy. We were there during the festival of Santa Maria, so peak peak time. Some sun beds were reserved though our hotel said you couldn’t do that….? That being said we always got what we needed and wanted as it only opens at 10 so there’s none of that towels at dawn nonsense you see in other places. It closed too early though at 6. We’d have liked to stay out longer. Wi-Fi was hit n miss, but largely ok.
