The Room was excellent and decorated according to Malta's architecture. Marion was very helpful, nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean as well as the entire hotel. There is a bus station nearby to the hotel where you can take buses to many places.

Finding food around the neighbourhood can be challenging. Small fridge in the room will be useful and maybe some maps of the city and bus routes. You will not regret by choosing this Hotel.

The property is conveniently located 50m from a bus station, in a smaller town, with buses running every 10-15 minutes, wherefrom you can easily get to Valetta or other cities within 15-30 minutes bus ride. There are some pastry shops (recommended) as well as convenience stores and restaurants at walking distance. The property seems newly renovated, with exquisite style, preserving the traditional character of the building with some modern touches - it's a gem already at the entrance, with a small internal yard where food is served and a spacious rooftop terrace. The rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean, offering more value for money than expected or as compared to more centrally located properties. The host Marion was very pleasant and welcoming from the start - she waited for our arrival after a late night flight, prepared us a lovely breakfast and offered advice for getting around Malta and suggested sights to visit relevant to our preferences. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing place to stay in Malta. I travel regularly for work and have stayed in numerous properties in Malta, but this hotel/B&B is incredible. Marion provided a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival, even though I had arrived late, and showed me to my room and explained everything in detail. The property and rooms look incredible, with the original Maltese architecture and stonework blended with 5 star luxury. I can't begin to explain what a beautiful place this is and the lovely Marion is icing on the cake! Sitting eating a lovely breakfast in the ambience of the internal courtyard this morning was amazing. I will certainly be staying here again if there is availability!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners are very friendly and so accomodating. :) We were always asked whether everything was alright and made sure our stay was good. Breakfast is well worth the price (very filling and tasty!) and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The views from the rooftop terrace are super nice (you can see the stars during night very well) and during festas you can see the fireworks. The rooftop terrace also has a hot tub, which is extremely nice after a long day of walking around Malta. The room's AC is very good, so during hot days (it got over 35 celsius and very humid during our stay), it was a life saver! There is a bus stop nearby, but the taxi (eCabs) also works well.

This is not the owner's fault, but Google Maps shows the place in the wrong place. The actual coordinates in Google Maps are closer to "35.8653187, 14.5107283" or 35°51'55.2"N 14°30'38.6"E. About where Triq Paola and L Isqajjaq meet, right near Brittanja bus stop, is an alleway that runs parallel to Triq Xintill. There you can find Casal Annunzia. :) Some might be put off by the fact that the toilet is basically in the same room as bed without a door, for us it was okay :)

Marion made sure everything was taken care of. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the courtyard and balcony was a wonderful space to relax in the evenings when the temperatures finally started to drop. Also, get the breakfast -- it is well worth it, and a wonderful way to start your mornings in Malta.

The location was excellent for getting to other main destinations quickly -- Valetta, especially. This isn't where you stay is you're looking for a beach holiday, however, and the immediate area is very quiet. So, make sure you want that before you book.

The location of the place is surprisingly good as I did not expect that nice of a place in Tarxien. Really good for a relaxing time as there aren't any distractions. Great for discovering the southern part of Malta. The place is amazingly designed, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Highlight of the place for me was the environment, how the old contrasts with the new, and having a relaxing hot bath.

Everything was great and enjoyable.

I liked the architecture of the whole building, the chic courtyard, the jacuzzi, the room, the attention for the details. It was very clean, the host was awesome, she helped us with everything we needed and the breakfast was really nice. She even let us keep our luggages safe in the last day, while we visited the city waiting for our departure. The bus station is at 2 minutes walk.

Beautiful, small B & B located in a quiet suburb. Tastefully decorated with the added bonus of a couple of hot tubs! Ideally situated near to well connected bus stops to travel around Malta as well being ideally located for early morning airport transfers. Marion, the host was very accommodating and helpful in suggesting places to visit/local knowledge. The breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend :)

It is in the middle of a small city close to Valetta. We chose it because of being close to the airport as the flight was really early morning, but the surprise was that the hole city was prepared for the Virgin festivities and there was party all around. The area is not tourist but you can see a real Maltesse ancient city. The building is nicely renovated with the classical style so, there is no impact between the classic and the renovation so, it blends perfectly. The top has a nive view of the area. Host were amazing!
