The property is beautiful and the staff is great. The night show is very loud for rooms near it like ours. We didn't mind it but I could see some people being bothered at the loud nightlife going on until 1am and those people might want to suggest rooms farther away from the night action.

The only downfall was that we got a beachfront room and although we were beachfront, the line of palm trees completely blocked any sightline to the beach. Seems odd to me that they would put in any landscaping to obstruct the amazing view. There was really no benefit to beachfront if you can't see the ocean at all.

no dislikes . except waiters attitudes sometimes they put pressure on tipping you or will actually ask! which is very unprofessional. especially as it’s expensive for reSort in the first place

I really recommend this hotel to anyone! There are basically 3 hotels in one, you can go to 10 bars and restaurants, from beach restaurants, Mexican food, Italian, seafood, anything you can think of you can find but the food is really good in all of them. The staff are always smiling and happy and kind to you. All the rooms are spacious and have all you need and look great. We stayed at the cheapest and it was perfect for us, I think the better ones are beach view and ‘swim up’ but ours was great. Beautiful design and layout and you feel great walking around. Lots of options for areas to relax in the beachfront, some busier than others and always someone there to take your order and bring you whatever you want! I have been here twice and have been to other all inclusives in the area and this is my favourite so far, others are great but this one is exceptional. It’s more relaxed and happy than other resorts. if you’re comparing others and not sure, trust me, come here and thank me later!

Not much to not like. Some other hotels have huge pools and the ones here are smaller but here they have many many pools so you can choose a busier one with activities or go to a more adult quiet one, or even go to one with no one in it and small. (similar to the beachfront choices) just walk around and find a spot you like amongst many.

The services, food, spa, pools, and staff were great. The spa is overpriced without getting a daily special or discount. My room had some flaws but looked past those given the rest of the experience.

The room had a light out in the shower that was never fixed all week. The bedside light had a loose electrical wire that was never fixed. And for a few days the shower was lukewarm to cold. This was a minor issue for me and If it bothered me more I would have complained louder and gotten a resolution. As I was traveling alone, these small things didn't bother me.

the grounds were amazing and beautifully kept up. i loved their extremely Long Beach with so many different relax areas where you could always find a spot to enjoy. i loved how nice the staff were. the food was very good, from the buffet to the restaurants. in my too two all inclusive resorts in the playa/Cancun area. and you can’t beat the deal, very affordable.

the bottleneck in regards to waiting for bar service at the pools was disappointing but the drinks were good. the “fuentes” dinner/show was all cringe. they were sweet but it was not good, hard to watch. probably the worst meal I had at the property. the rooms were not the best but they weren’t bad.

Bkfst good, brunch excellent! All restaurants were clean and I saw the staff sanitizing the tables as soon as they were clear from previous customers. Restaurants offered a variety of food … but the servings/portions were EXTREMELY, repeat, EXTREMELY SMALL!!!😩

All inclusive is a great concept for this area. The variety of restaurants is exceptional. We tried Italian, Mexican and Indian restaurants and they were amazingly good.

Its humid. Maybe we didnt choose the right month to visit, but the weather in general is not perfect.

2nd trip. Enjoyed once again. LA ISLA menu could use upgrading...add some better house wines, and, or lower prices of wines on lists.

House wines! Prices of wines on list. Food overall was very nice. Except LA Isla and the pizza restaurant by the pool. Staff were super. Grounds clean and a pleasure to walk around.
