Beautiful hotel, perfect for those who love lots of greenery and jungle vibe. Natural materials are everywhere, in the room and surroundings. We saw lots of cute animals during our stay, the nature was right outside our room doors, loved it. The subtle lights in the room were perfect. Wifi worked great, even at the pool and on the beach. The pool is simply amazing, one of the best we have ever seen. Delicious food and friendly staff, with direct access to the beach at one of group hotels across the street.

The bed did not have a curtain like on the pictures, only black metal frame, which affected the aesthetic of the room. There was a confusion with our food order at the pool as the waiter forgot who ordered so we were charged for the same thing twice, but was all successfully sorted out on check-out. The sound isolation in the building was not the best.

The Radhoo is beautiful and we loved our room and the pool, but what really made it stand out even more was the service. The team there is amazing. It was my wife’s birthday and they constantly made her feel special. They went above and beyond with recommendations for anything we needed and making sure we felt pampered. This hotel has the best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will stay here again if we come back to Tulum.

The location is a little far south from all the party action, although this worked for us as we wanted to relax.

Walking around the resort feels like you're in the jungle. The outdoor bathroom was one of my favorite touches on the property along with the plants along the walkways. The staff (especially Paula at the front desk) were very friendly, but make sure to tip the bartenders or else they can become frustrated. They're not as attentive while you are lounging at the pool, so you might have to make the small walk to the bar if you're in need of a drink. Overall, the breakfast was delicious and the room exceeded my expectations. Would stay at this property again in the future and book the top floor suite for a more intimate experiences.

Activities around the resort were limited. The pool was entirely empty around 5pm and quiet in the mornings. If staff encouraged more conversing between guests it would have made the experience much more memorable. There's potential for this resort to be something phenomenal. For example, as opposed to keeping only the lights on, if they actually staffed the bar beneath the reception desk things could have transpired.

The property is beautiful and lush with vegetation. It was quiet and relaxing. The pool was large and never busy. You could always find a spot. The service was exceptional especially Ana and the rest of the concierge team. They were super responsive either at the front desk or via Whatsapp. Everyone is always smiling. The room was quite large; the bed was comfortable; and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion and insect repellent) were great quality. Highly recommend this place. They surprised me with a birthday cake and then confetti and a HBD streamer in my room.

We weren't too bothered, but I can see how some people may want a full length mirror in their rooms. We didn't have one. I would request one if that is a must for you.

This boutique hotel is stunning. A lot of effort as gone into its design and configuration. The area pool is very relaxing and feels very exclusive. We used the sub beds at the sister hotel over the road (Encantada) and these where also fabulous. The staff where top notch, with the desk ready to help and respond in minutes with any requests over WhatsApp.. was very handy.

We stayed in the junior suite, which was a bit of a small space. Some more practical items could’ve been in the room, like more hanging space and selfs in the bathroom. The room was very dark and the lighting was not quite adequate, maybe one of the larger rooms would have been better for us. The one disappointment of this place for me was background noise of a generator. To be fair this is the shortcoming of any hotel at this location due to the power facilities for the beach strip. I just wanted to feel and hear the jungle.. but it was not quite there..

Overall, everything was great. The customer service was great, along with the room, pool, etc. The food at Radhoo was good, but food at their restaurant Nu was amazing, along with the food at the sister resorts Nest and Encantada. The best thing is that if you stay at Radhoo, you also have free access to the other sister properties so you get to enjoy the beach (Radhoo is on the jungle side of the street and has the amazing pool. Nest and Encantada are on the beach side of the street. We didn't have an opportunity to visit the last property La Valise.)

The worst thing about this trip were the mosquitoes (which is obviously something out of the resorts' control). This is just part of vacationing in the beautiful jungle. I will say though that they do their best to manage the mosquito issue by fumigating the property twice a week (it isn't harmful to humans or pets), they burn copal whichis a great deterrent for mosquitoes, they have a bottle of repellent lotion in each room, and they will give you a can of Off spray if requested. So as long as you put on mosquito repellent before you go out each day (no different than if you went hunting, hiking, or camping) you will be perfectly fine and have a beautiful vacation. We certainly plan to return next year.

Absolutely everything! ✨️ But first to mention, the service was amazing, every single person in this hotel is attentive and helps whenever needed. The pool area is more than beautiful and the beach is just across the street. Rooms also provide everything needed and more! I can absolutely recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about Radhoo. There isn’t even one bad thing I could say about our stay here. The hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff were even better. The food was out of this world. I loved that we could use the other hotels for beach access. The massage at the spa was the best I’ve ever had. Drinks at Nu were delicious. Hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed and we have been lucky enough to travel all over the world.

The pool was gorgeous, service was amazing, so many little details were met. The managers (Ivan, Elizabeth, and Ana whom I met) were so kind and on top of things, they helped us with so much. the cleaning staff are very friendly and amazing at keeping the place spotless, they cleaned once if not twice a day in the room, and they would put in this mosquito repellant incense that smelled so good. The front desk was easily accessible via WhatsApp and they helped us with all our requests. They organized things like getting us a scooter and getting us beds for the beach. honestly this is the perfect place to stay because it is right next to the beach but you still get that jungle vibe. They also have sunscreen and bug repellant there so it helps when you wanna go to the pool but don’t want to spend money buying that. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. breakfast was always fresh and light. 12/10 stay.

honestly not much. Maybe the lighting could be brighter in the rooms and in the outdoor bathroom. and for breakfast, maybe each table could have salt and pepper so we wouldn’t have to ask. very small things, but honestly amazing otherwise.

The Ambience and care for detail was exceptional, everyday was like pure serenity. the stag were soo friendly and always happy to help they went out of there way to create a intimate and tailored experience. I already miss this place if you are ever lucky enough to stay here you won’t regret it. it’s a gem! perfect stay for calm, peaceful beautiful hotel surrounded by all the best restaurants and bars to dine in, and the beach is also beautiful and calm.
