Very nice staff, simple but convenient room. The room and bathroom were very clean and there was everything we needed. The garden behind the house was beautiful and quiet, and we could park our car inside the property's yard. We also had access to the kitchen (the fridge and the stove).

We did not end up eating breakfast because all the dishes and utensils were either dirty (not properly washed) or very old and hence had a lot of stains (like rust). It seemed like a good and big breakfast, but in our opinion the hygiene wasn't great. As if kitchen was managed by a completely separate set of people compared to the rooms.

a wonderful paradise. This is a lovely family home, with lush garden and pool in the back. Our room was huge with a big comfy bed and aircon. The breakfast was delicious and generous.

We put some beers in the fridge in the common area and someone else drank them :( I guess someone thought they were communal. More of a comment on the other guests probably but we were disappointed as the host had invited us to put items in their if we needed. also the location is a 15 min out of town, we had a scooter so didn’t mind but keep this in your mind.

two other very friendly dogs were kept in a seperated area, the other two (pugs) were allowed to run free AC was a bit hard to handle, equipment a bit old but very clean unfortunatly there were no bikes available for rent, although it was offered

The outdoor space was beautiful and sometimes there were a couple of cute pugs around. The owner was very kind and helpful, and provided useful tips and recommendations for our trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

The room where we stayed was not too well maintained, but I think others were a bit better. There were some holes on the walls and ceiling, barely any hot water and the toilet had no seating lid. Also located a bit far from the center, but we had a car.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. They gave us great advices about what to see in Valladolid during our short stay. The house and garden are really lovely, especially the turtoises and the dog! I would definitely book again!

The breakfast consisted of fruits and pancakes. We don't really eat sweet breakfast, however, so it was a pity that we weren't offered any alternatives. Being able to choose from a variety of 3 or 4 breakfast dishes, including savory ones, would be great.

The Hotel has 4 rooms with a good (not luxurious) standard, friendly owners and staff and a wonderful designed garden with a pool, hammocks, breakfast tables and nice plants. The location is good. You can walk in 10-15 minutes to a nice and cheap Cenote. The city center is in about 20-25 walking minutes reachable. There are some shops and restaurants close by.

Our bathroom could need some renovation but was ok for 2 nights.

The owner was really nice! The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety every day. We also used their laundry service which was super cheap and convenient! :) The location is not the best, but I knew that before booking the stay :) We would go to town for dinner every evening and it was fine :)

The only thing is the parking spots are limited so be sure to message the property before! :)

Clean and comfortable room and a nice shared garden for some outside space. Walking distance to the town centre, the shops and a good-sized supermarket, so ideal for sightseeing and for eating out or self-catering

Strange rule about not bringing alcohol into the hotel - I suspect they may have had problems in the past with people who can't behave themselves when they've had a drink. As they maintain a fridge full of beers and spirits all at perfectly reasonable prices, that didn't prove to be too much of a problem, though.

Yozgat was super nice and a perfect host! At no point did we feel like customers, always like guests :) He's very trusting and trustworthy, we had a very nice stay at his home. The garden area is better than it looks in the pictures, they don't do justice to the place! The pool was always fresh and clean. Everyone is friendly, always saying hello, dogs (small, never bothering you!) are so sweet and hammocks great to chill out in. There's plenty of tasty (and CHEAP) places to eat nearby and the main square (where it's more expensive) isn't a long walk away :) I asked for parking in advance as we rented a car and wanted to have Valladolid as a basecamp while we took day trips to Ek Balam (HIGHLY recommended), Chichen Itza and different cenotes nearby, it was a perfect solution to see a lot around the area in a few days! I would recommend 3-4 nights here :) more authentic then the touristic beach towns!

hard to come up with anything. the fact our timing was stupid and we always found ourselves walking to the main square at noon under the hot sun. but that's our bad xD taxis were super cheap too so the location really isn't bad even though it's "a bit far" from "all the action". just go!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The garden with the cosy little pool is really nice!

Our room was alright, it's just a pity that the ensuite bathroom suffers from a big lack of maintenance (broken tiles, holes in the walls, it just looked really poor.......). Hopefully the owners will renovate it, because this was the only downside of our stay.
