1) Sofitel has a great location for getting around Agadir: Petite Taxis are plentiful outside and the town is only a 15 mins ride away, plus Agadir Airport is only 20 mins away. 2) You feel like royalty when you walk into this hotel, it has beautiful set up and gorgeous facilities! Very luxurious and my partner and I had a wonderful time relaxing whilst staying here. The WIFI coverage is good and the swimming pool is to die for! 3) A tasty and comprehensive breakfast, great for getting set up for the day.

My only recommendation for improvement is that all the menus are in either Arabic or French and as my partner and I speak neither of these languages, so we used Google Translate to make do which is fine, but not ideal. Sofitel should appreciate that not every guest who stays here is an Arabic or French speaker. Therefore, please provide bar and restaurant menus in English too, as this will be an essential improvement.

We loved everything! People, food and stay was amazing. We would like to thank Younes, Mohammed, and the rest of the waiters, all of them were really friendly, funny, respectful and helpful. They made sure we had everything and we felt very comfortable to talk to them. They know lots of languages, very smart people. The food was delicious, the hotel has the best chefs, we really enjoyed the Vegetarian paella, Moroccan salad, fresh orange juices (the best in the entire world) The room was lovely, always clean and we felt always safe and welcomed. Medhi the manager was helpful too from the begging to the end of our stay. We were really sad to leave because we really enjoyed our holidays. We would like to thank Younes so much for being so amazing to us, extra helpful, and make our stay unforgettable! Thank you for preparing my birthday cake I will never forget how special my day was. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel has a relaxing feel to it. The lobby and pool area are very spacious. The staff were very helpful. I was always greeted and attended wherever I go. Food was pretty good. Love that were was live music at the lobby and it creates a really nice atmosphere at the open-air lobby.

The room was little bit smaller than I expected but it was more than enough for one person. I couldn't connect the TV to Netflix or the internet. The hotel seems a bit dated even though it was renovated a few months ago. Expect to dine inside the hotel most of the time because there are not many options within walking distance.

Great location. Great check in staff, particularly Nasrine. Great restaurant manager, Ashraf, ran a tight ship and kept the quality and pace up. Naima who worked the main restaurant was always helpful and attentive. Brilliant cleaner for the gym, Rashida who ensured the gym was spotless all the time.

Main pool was unheated and therefore a shock, especially given that this is a Sofitel. Some repair work needed to the tiles in the pool too. One of the room cleaning staff was very rude, slow and unresponsive to asks for anything.

The pool area is very good with very comfy sun loungers and beds. Amazing sunsets from the bar at the back. The bedrooms were nice.

It was often hard to get anyone in the pool area to come to take your order. Although the booking cost was good value for money everything was very expensive in the hotel - for two small bottles of water we were charged £8 and had to wait five hours for this....

The hotel fully corresponds to 5 stars. Excellent service, rich breakfast and dinner, cleanliness at the highest level, bars with food near the pool, live music in the evenings. Ideal for relaxation, no annoying animators, good music during the day.

The breakfast was superb and the pool area was lovely. The waiting staff were excellent and friendly. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and very flexible and helpful, especially Nisrine and Btissam.

The pool area is amazing. Staff are attentive with exceptional customer service. Beach bar restaurant, the food was amazing. Evening entertainment was great.

Shower in the room. Some areas of the hotel are unfinished. Breakfast buffet was expensive and sadly not worth the money. Hotel prices are well above average for Agadir.

Great facilities and very clean. Really nice group of staff who were so friendly and helpful. Very good location and so close to the beach.

I liked a lot. They always play music at the pool which gets a bit annoying.
