spa was having work done so limited availability but lovely staff & Eid to consider, wasn’t an issue as such

Lovely hotel in idyllic grounds, the plants, greenery and ambience was lovely. The reception on arrival was friendly and helpful. we were shown through the gardens as the room was not yet ready, we ate a lovely lunch by the poolside and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the sunshine. The meals were delightful, dinner in the evening was just as good as lunchtime and we felt transported to colonial French east Asia, I'd happily stay again if in Agadir.

The route to the poolside is a bit convoluted and confusing to navigate

Incredibly polite, friendly, professional staff. Room size was brilliant. Whole hotel was immaculate. Every little detail was perfect. Beautiful, stunning, tranquil oasis. We were made to feel so special and we've already said we'll be returning for our 10th wedding anniversary!

Noisy dogs at night which disturbed our sleep. Wifi was a little weak in certain areas of the hotel. But even with these negatives we had the best week and absolutely recommend the hotel to all.

Riad Villa Blanche is pearl situated in a town full of huge chain hotels, it has charm, a very beautiful garden, a lovely pool, great service and wonderful staff. In the last category a special thanks goes out to Ibdurk at the front desk, who took good care of us right from arrival to when we left, and always with a smile.

Lovely and comfortable room with a view of the sea and sunset. The indoor pool and spa area are lovely and a great way ti relax. The restaurant serves great tagines for dinner and the housekeeping services are immaculate.

The breakfast is nice but overpriced. The hotel is a short walk (15minutes) away from a multitude of local cafes/restaurants so good to explore a little. Food in the restaurant for dinner was great but service was sometimes lacking.

The beautiful atmosphere enhanced by candlelight at niight and white roses which were replenish regularly. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The pool/garden area was so clean and kept very neat and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and you could eat it anywhere you wanted to. Spa facilities were beautiful and again the staff were so lovely. Cant wait to go back.

Nothing to dislike other than smoking acceptable anywhere but even the smokers were courteous as to where they smoked.

The room safe was not fixed to anything. You could pick it up and walk away. The balcony door would not lock and they did not fix it despite my requests Bed was very very hard. Room 205 does not have a sea or pool view. Its is hidden by trees. Room 205 very noisy being immediately above the bar with live music.

Beautifully decorated hotel. It's modern but keeping the traditional riad style. The rooms are big and comfortable and the two pools are amazing. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lastly, the food was incredible.

On our first night (Friday) there was a lot of noise until around 12.30 am which made sleeping very difficult (we were exhausted after a long day of travelling). I believe the noise and music came from the restaurant.

cleaners were amazing and did small touches in the room which we loved. hotel looks amazing at night with all the candles and the restaurant is absolutely stunning.

the outside area really needs improvement. there were lots of pool bugs (so we couldn’t swim and we aren’t fussy people!) and the sun beds were really dirty so no one used them. could definitely do with a freshen up in certain parts of the hotel as it’s a little worn out.

Lovely traditional Riad, great spa and lovely pool. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant.

Breakfast very expensive. We were there when the earthquake struck and we’re surprised that no staff checked in with us to see if everyone was ok. Had a few issues getting towels replaced , which were addressed when we raised the issue, however.
