the facilities cleanliness and location were all top notch

it did not bother my partner or I during our stay but it is very German centric for example we went to a pub quiz which was all in German, not even french or Arabic as an option.

What an amazing resort, so much to do you will never get bored staying here. Has something for everyone, from sport activities, pool/beach events, evening entertainment & so much more. The Robinson’s App is very handy provides useful information, gives list of daily activities/events taking place you can making reservations for table, spa & so much more. I have to mention the food, it was so good, great selection to satisfy everyone’s tastebuds. What makes this place even special is the staff, they have a big team of people working here. They make you feel so welcome, comfortable throughout your stay & happy to help with anything you need.

No small face towel provided in bathroom.

We had a fantastic time at ROBINSON AGADIR! The range of additional activities like beach volleyball training, sauna infusion and yoga made my stay unforgettable. It's a beautiful beachfront location, and the size of the room was perfect. I can't praise the staff enough for their exceptional service, and the food was beyond amazing. I can't wait to return.

While my stay at Robinson was amazing, I encountered some challenges with my dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lack of communication between departments. Despite notifying them in advance about my dietary restriction, it felt like the information didn't flow smoothly among the kitchen teams and reception. I hope they can improve this aspect for future guests' convenience. Otherwise, the food was amazing!

The hotel is just perfect. We stayed for two nights during our motorcycle trip around Marocco and Western Sahara. The stay was intended to load our internal baterries and have some rest after tiresome desert riding. There are two things I do not understand: why the hotel is not 5 star and why there are some opinions here on booking that are not "10". The staff, facilities and service are flawless. The food & drinks choice and quality is also very good. We booked two standard rooms and altghough I travel a lot I do not remember having such a big and well decorated rooms in any of the 5 star hotels I stayed in. Altoghether the stay was well worth the money spent. Congratulations to the management for such a great service level!

You should like the All Inclusive concept in general to feel well in such a resort for a longer time. Some of the guests may be annoying. Some can never be satisfied. And some will just live from one meal to another. Quite sad but for two nights we survived and then went back to Sahara :-)

it was beautiful, all staff were so nice and helpful. they had great activities planned every day.

Although it’s all inclusive, you have to pay for drink at the beach bar.

I like the venue...the location.The beach area and beach restaurant....the staff were friendly and professional. .the animation each day was fabulous . Lots of little surprises each day . The food and the choices were great and varied. Lots of nice places to relax.. pool areas.. Gardens and spa areas.

I had some difficulty in the evening ..not everywhere was well lit. The bar and disco areas ..I couldn't see my drink or people's faces.. Also the walkways were dark to the rooms and some toilet areas.

The hotel location on the beach was ideal and the beach was awesome. The food quality and diversity is excellent with many options. The staff was the best based my experience in Morrocco. They were friendly and professional in all encounters. The room cleaning and quality was excellent. There were many activities happening making it ideal place to spend a nice vacation in an all inclusive experience. My kids participated in few activities and it was excellent.

Some activities needed German speaking capabilities but staff generally knew Arabic and English so it was still great.

I like that the staff made us feel very welcome and took care of us and our needs. Felt well taken care of and food was good, and a lot of options.

Some staff members did not speak English, and the security outside was almost not letting me in with the taxi as i did not directly find my badge in the back seat.

The grounds are beautiful, several pools, including heated outdoor and indoor pool, plenty clean spacious rooms, lovely staff very friendly and helpful. A great choice of food and beverages Beach front location beautiful scenery throughout. Love the well balanced healthy options throughout breakfast lunch dinner. TUI has an academy working with the hotel teaching the young ones hospitality fantastic to experience. Also this is the first hotel staff can eat with the guests. It was lovely to be a part of. Also hotels should adopt this concept, as without good staff you have good reviews Would highly recommend and would return

Beds are extremely uncomfortable I had to use pillows to sleep on, also it needed more buggies to go up and down to pick up guests to go to and from the beach/restaurant/spa. No tea and coffee facilities or iron and ironing board in room

Great location at the quiet end of Agadir beach. Hotel has top facilities but stand out was the food! Amazing variety and live cooking stations. Beach bar was well equipped with snacks, ice cream and drinks. Regular entertainment with lunchtime live music and evening DJ. Staff were great and always friendly and helpful.

With so many staff it felt a bit of a disconnect. The beach outside the hotel was clean but further down was so dirty with plastic and glass.
