Had a fantastic 5 days stay at this hotel. I have been to Agadir many times but it was the first time i stayed at this hotel. Had an exceptional experience from the minute we checked in up an until we checked out. We were greeted by Moukhtar at the reception who was so welcoming and polite. The rest of the staff from the maids to the staff in the kitchen were all fabulous. There was a feeling of family amongst them, so warm and caring. We had an apartment with a sea view and pool view. The facilities were beyond our expectations for the price we paid. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only 3-4mins walk to the beach.

This hotel is exceptional because of its staff. Aziz, Youssef, Adil and Abdel you are absolute stars! Very helpful with absolutely everything. We have never come across such a great service. Those guys really are going the extra mile literally everyday to make sure their customers are ok and well looked after. For example it was Chris’ 40th bd and they arranged the bedroom oh so beautifully and there was that fruit basket also. Or when I needed some washing up liquid and washing powder I got it. Or when I got ill they gave me some medications. And our balcony was overlooking the beautiful ocean. We walked everywhere, we didn’t need to hire a car or taxi, I have read some comments here saying everything is too far away from this hotel, well, I’d say a person who can’t walk much/disabled/any other reason for not being able to walk more than few hundred yards obviously will need some form of transportation, like they would need it everywhere I suppose. To get to the beach it takes 10 minutes walking. The beach is 4km long (from the hotel to the marina). We loved walking that distance barefoot on the wet sand, our feet having a spa day coz of it! There are many lovely restaurants and Youssef recommended a few to us and the food there was amazing. Overall we loved every second of our stay in Agadir.

Can’t fault it really.

Very nice hotel with specious rooms, large balcony, ocean view, excellent breakfast with wide choice of products. Comfortable bed. Good value for money. It is located remote from the epicenter of the town in a new neighbourhood. We liked to be away from the croud, at the same time all the restairants and shops were reachable within a 30 minutes walk.

Instead of one double blanket there were 2 blankets placed horizontally over the bed to make it kind of one for two. It leaked water from bath when taking a shower. There is a small kitchen in the room but it does not have a pan or kettle to cook. We did not need it so we never bothered. Perhaps it is possible to get upon request.

All the reception staff were amazing and really helpful & and friendly. could teach people here in the UK a thing or two about customer service. I booked a day trip but the coach didn't turn up Youssef was straight on the phone to the company to see what was going on & sorted it all out for me. Couldn't have asked for any more. Also, the little guy who worked outside the hotel always said hello & made sure you looked OK. Oh, and Restaurant staff were great too .

Location is a little far out, Yes your close to Beach but total opposite end to the Marina & most the Shops, you could take a Taxi but I couldn't be bothered with the Hassle they always want to rip you off and charge 3× what the normal price is

The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much for them particularly Youseff. It was our son's birthday during our stay and they went above and beyond for him, he was over the moon. The rooms are super spacious and the cleaners are meticulous daily. The gym attached has excellent facilities and classes you can join too.

For us just in an area a little too touristy but that's no detriment to the hotel, it's just where it is and there's also not many food places super close - 15 min walk to restaurants which for us wasn't a problem as we like walking but perhaps for others they wouldn't like that aspect, however the app Glovo is perfect for deliveries of all kinds of you don't wish to go out!

Very good as an Apart Hotel, always open, friendly and supportive staff, local breakfast with fair selection of tasty local cuisine. Also gym/training is available in the same building and we get a free admission tickets from the reception. Free parking near the hotel entrance.

Do not recommend if you don't have a rental car. There is nothing in the neibourhood, you won't be able to buy or eat anything in the surroundings (except breakfasts). The nearest acceptable store/restaurant is in 2-3 km.

Staff couldn't do enough for us ,the beds were so comfortable, apartments cleaned everyday and fresh towels if you needed them each day. To wake up to a beautiful sea view was amazing every morning The breakfast was so lovely ,fresh hot cooked food, cold meat, cheeses ,freshly cooked bread rolls,fruit juices ,fruit ,yogurt everything you could need.Really lovely coffee . Great location 5min walk to the beach ,about 50 min walk along the promenade to the Marina but a lovely walk after breakfast 😀

Only 1 thing cups to small in our apartment would off liked bigger cups,otherwise perfect

Presidential Suite - It was basically our own apartment. Spacious, modern and clean. - Comfortable beds with modern furnishing and lovely large bathrooms with walk in showers. Complimentary soaps and shampoos. Master bedroom had a walk in closet and a large TV. Living room had a large sofa and TV with an open plan design including a nice kitchen with a fridge and freezer. - The view from the balcony was insane! You could see the ocean and the mountains. The balcony itself was also very spacious and had outdoor tables and chairs. - The staff were friendly with a very easy check in and check out. Cleaners offered to clean our suite daily and always did a good job with a smile (despite how messy we are). Toilet rolls, soaps, shampoos and towels were given everyday. - The breakfast was decent. Had everything you needed including coffee, juice, pastries, breads. - The pool area was nice with lots of outdoor sofas and loungers and a good sized pool with a smaller children’s pool next to it. There is also a small gym area nearby the pool that appeared to be free. - The bottom floor gym is large and very modern. Surprisingly really good. We did not use it as we opted for drinking and eating rather than fitness but we had a look around and it looked top quality with loads of machines (better than a lot of gyms I’ve been to in the UK). 100 dirhams per use. - The top floor has an MMA and CrossFit gym with beautiful views. This gym has a boxing ring, free weights and more. It also appeared to be free to use. Unbelievable. - 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. - The burger place next door called Oh My Bun was incredible. Nearest shop is about a 15 minute walk away as it appears there are just hotels and restaurants in the area.

- Construction being done on the hotel on the top floor. One of the days there was really loud banging coming from above for a couple of hours. Don’t worry we survived ;) - Road works being done which ruined the view a teeny tiny bit. No fault of the hotel.

The location was 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade. This was a clean and comfy hotel with excellent service. The breakfast was very good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Special mention for the reception staff Abdel and Youssuf who were very helpful.

Nothing really , apart from the fact that the kitchenette could have been better equipped. The balcony with the stunning view could be improved by changing the balcony rails with glass ones so that one could appreciate the lovely sea views while sat down in the patio chairs. We had to stand up to enjoy the views.

We stayed in the 2 bed, 2 bath suite with a huge open space kitchen, dining table and sofa section for 12 nights and loved every thing about it. It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were really lovely. The location is great as is just a 5 mins walk to the beach, however you are a fair distance away if you plan to walk to the busier section with all the restaurants of the promenade. But that would only take 5 mins in a taxi.

Everything was amazing however if I was made to find a negative I would say the only downside is that you can hear all the outside traffic and street noise.
