the room size was big enough we wanted and there air conditioner what we really liked to use in cold evenings

the windows were not possible to open to get the fress air inside the room. The floor in bathroom was without possible to heat so it was uncomfortable stay on the floor on mornings or after shower as the feet start to feel cold if you not put towel underneath. In reviews we read that the breakfast had some warm foods but only what we received while stayed boiled egss, waffels ands it. we would like to have something more like scramble eggs or some kind of sausages

No fridge in the room. The cloth hangers are super difficult to be used (as they are locked in a weird setting). No safe box to store valuables. The room RFID unlock card is difficult to be used, you have to attemp several times before you can unlock the door on every attempt. The TV does not work. You are not allowed to leave clothes on the bed or the cleaning staff will skip cleaning your bed. The room rate is not cheap.

Very well communicated with the rest of the city and near its center. Lovely neighborhood. Pretty ok breakfasts, but without fireworks. Nice rooms.

When we arrived late at night we were informed that 1 of our 2 rooms has 1 king size bed instead of 2 separate beds which was kind of still acceptable although not what we ordered.. Nevertheless we accepted it but when we entered the room it was obvious that it was not cleaned nor prepared in any way for our arrival, just the way previous guests left it.. Fortunately employee who was checking us in found another room in exchange (this time with 2 beds :) ) so even this was kind of strange situation the Inn handled it pretty nicely and overall it wasn't as bad as it could be. Also in 1 of rooms armchair was already pretty fatigued, badly stained, a bit distateful.

room, reception, cleanliness, generally very comfortable

The shower gel/soap appliance was annoying, it would be nice to have more than 2 teabags per day... Also, a mini-fridge would make an already great room fantastic.

we were very satisfied during the entire stay. I personally want to thank the receptionist, who comes from Spain. He explained everything to us thoroughly and accurately, taught us about parking, showed us how to orientate ourselves in the city and also in city transport. The breakfast was also very good.

the only thing I didn't understand was why there is no brush available for the toilet in the hotel. This fact does not mean that I will not give you the highest rating.

Very good location, close to tram station and easily to get everywhere. Hotel do not have parking by itself but there is huge area just in front of (even in RAI there was huge event most of the places were available) - only one to remind you can pay only for day ahead (can't pay for whole week as example). On next street there is small market (shops with alco, cheese) and whole Jumbo market. Rooms clean and comfortable.

As someone mentioned breakfasts are same daily, and only cold food served (except of toasts).

I like the friendliness of the staffs, as well as the breakfast. My meetings are located mostly on VU Amsterdam, so it's only a 5 minutes tram ride. Furthermore, I don't have any problems with the internet connection. Finally, the beds are comfortable, and my room was located not too far from the stairs.

The shower. It took me almost scalding myself and calling the receptionist to be able to turn off the shower. Also it looked like the heating system of the shower did not work perfectly. It intermittently gave me a very hot water, making bathing less comfortable.

It didn’t have any room amenities etc. Bottle water, the kettle was not cleaned, no slippers , no complimentary dental kit, and they removed my Birthday numbers in error from my room. They were returned the next day by the day shift and we were provided dental kits from the front desk. The couches on the waiting area need some cleaning large stains on them and the smoking area is at the entrance door so entering through second hand smoke.

The place a was a good choice, when compared to other nearby places in South Amsterdam. It was the only place that had breakfast included in the price. Besides it had a decent room size, nice shower, crispy clean bedding and all necessary necessities. The staff was really helpful with all my requests, which I had a few :) .

Perhaps breakfast could have some more selection of foods, especially for longer 2-3 day stays.

The complimentary breakfast was nice to have. The staff was very, very patient and nice, liked being rewarded for not having the cleaning service. Clean facilities and liked the modern amenities. Comfortable beds and bedding!

The bathroom floor and shower were a little slippery and I was worried for my elderly mom using it. Laid down lots of towels to be safe. A bath mat or non-slip surface would be preferred.
