Location is very convenient for the train station - five minute walk. No problem checking in at 11:30 pm as we did. The breakfast was included and was well worth having - bacon, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, toast, cereals, fruit, bread etc.

The price! Not really a criticism of the Delta Hotel but of Amsterdam in general. Once you get your head round that, this was one of the better value places. Our room was a little ‘tight’, but then again, not as bad as some we have stayed in before or seen the pictures of elsewhere in Amsterdam.

The staff was very friendly and it was so close to the Amsterdam central railway station.Public transport was super close by and so central. Place was quite clean and provided free luggage storage after check out.

The breakfast was ok ish and the hot water situation in the bathroom was ridiculous. You would set the hot and cold settings to your liking and get into the shower and suddenly it will be super hot or ice cold!! It took me ages to finish showering because of this constant change in temperature. That was one thing which made my stay a little uncomfortable! Almost escaped a skin burn due to this.

Excellent location. Short walk to central station, dam square, red light district and other tourist locations. An old building with lots of character. Clean throughout and staff always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely good and included in the price. Coffee and tea are available at all times which is a bonus. This hotel far exceeded our expectations for the money we paid. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel but the hotel is next to an extremely chip shop and the chatter from the endless queue was a minor irritation as was the ringing of the tram bells.

Location is absolutely perfect for exploring around the city. Central Station is literally 5 minute walk away. Dam square and other tourist attractions all 15-20mins away. Beautiful views from our floor -4th floor. Room is spacious with a good sized wardrobe for 2 of us. Bathroom was good size too. Staff where always on hand to help us when needed. My husband enjoyed the breakfast a lot - plenty options for non-vegans. Let us leave our bags at reception before check-in and after checkout. This hotel is ideal for a base to explore the city.

Room was a bit dusty - particularly around the bed side tables and beside the bed (laminate flooring).

location was the best, near the station and in the city center. the room was clean and spacious enough for one person. breakfast was simple but good. the staff was very helpful, and nice

my room was in the fifth floor and the elevator arrived only until the fourth floor, so I had to use the stairs and grab my luggage.

We were 4 girls and it was perfect for us. The room has a good size bathroom and it had 4 single beds which allowed us to chill and chit chat throughout the time and being with each other. The hotel has a good breakfast and its in a perfect location, everything around you is in a walking distance.

Probably the smell in the bathroom mainly because it doesn’t have a window but thats fine

The location is good for access to everything but it's a noisy busy location. There's a famous chip shop next door and customers queue up all day and night right outside the hotel which adds to the noise. If you're in amsterdam to party it's OK but if you want a relaxing peaceful break then a quieter location is advised. Breakfast wasn't brilliant just ok.

The location of this hotel was perfect, and to have a balcony that overlooked the main street was brilliant. loved watching the world go by during the busy day and the evening, and right next to some great foodie spots.

there was not a lot i didn't enjoy, could have had a mini fridge in the room. but this was not in the list of facilities, so didn't expect one, would just be a good additional touch.

Location in the heart of the city with access to many attractions and walking distance to the station. A special thankyou to the caretaker of the breakfast.

It is very dark and cramped, especially in the reception area, and the whole place could do with a freshen up. The shower screen is way too narrow, and so water spreads everywhere in the ensuite. Perhaps easily resolved with provision of a squeegee.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely brilliant, 5 min walk from the Amsterdam Centraal train station. We were a family of 4, and overall, we liked our stay. There was no fridge in the room, but this was ok for us. We were a bit worried about the comments regarding bugbeds, but everything was clean.

There is nothing particularly we disliked, it's just worn out. Definitely, some parts of the hotel need some renovation.
