The best part of this hotel is an excellent location. It is exactly in the centre. Pubs, takeaway, restaurants are next door.

The room is quite old but generally it's acceptable. We have quite good experience with the evening hotel staff and he is really helpful but the morning one was really rude. Instead of telling us politely to leave the hotel after leaving our luggages, he just said "only luggages, no people". It is terribly rude and I dont know what the service he does.

near to amsterdam central station,easy to find out even w/out wifi

as when we arrived 12th June,receiptionist on duty was on the phone.my husband is making video towards out excitement manage to locate the hotel w/out internet, however receiptionist asked us to be quiet saying 'shhhhhh!' . well im working as customer service front line too, its not appopriate to tell off ppl of the face, instead you can mute customer on the line and politely asked us to be quiet. we dont really made noises, as my husband just ask me question the feeling about finding the hotel on video. its really spoilt our mode to stay. end of registration we've been asked to pay 6 euro extra for the administrative fee-including wifi I guess. this should have been given as complementary. receiptionist did greet enjoy the stay etc so thanks for the little extra

very central to everything. Train-station, metro, red light, shopping etc.. Since we really don’t care that much about where we sleep because we only sleep there (!), and never want to pay a dime more than necessary this hotel was as good as it gets.

There are two coffee-shops on the ground floor outside the hotel. Had a constant weed-smell in our room and when we walked outside. The staircases was like climbing a ladder, luckily we stayed on the first floor. It was not spotless in the room, found a bag of dirty underwear in the closet and the floor was dusty.

it was ok, not bad not good. Location is pretty good - close to the center... the hotel has 1 star and it's just right: room is pretty small, but private bathroom in our room made it worth it... the hotel is a bit old, but again - I didn't expect otherwise. The street was busy and noisy but we did't really care. the only thing - the streets are so dirty, but it's defiantly not hotel's fault, it's everywhere like this until about 10 am when trash is taken away

Love the location, love the place! The perfect stay for the perfect price! I don't understand what people need more of a hotel when mostly as a tourist you're always outside 💯💯Also I love that is so close to everywhere on a walking distance, to be honestly I didn't even expect to be as nice as it was !!!

Amazing location. Really friendly staff. See alot of negative comments this is not a posh hotel but you get what you pay for and more. Was clean. Stairs are a little harsh but not if your keen. I really enjoyed my stay and so did my friends

Nothing, loved it

The location was great. The room was exactly what I needed. I stayed for 10days and it was more than adequate for the time I spent in the room. I had my own sink and shower and window with a view. Even with the lockdown by 5pm I could sit by my window with my take away and soak in the city lights. Staff were friendly.

Cleanliness was moderate, not shocking but the rooms could have been kept a little cleaner than they were upon my arrival. The place is noisy with lots of internal noise and obviously outside noise.

The location was great, very close to a lot of different places, staff were all super friendly and helpful at all times, made us feel very welcome.

the stairs were very steep and narrow which made it slightly difficult to move luggage in and out, but overall still a very good stay.

They could do with a deep cleaning but other than that its fine.
