Excellent location, room was TINY, breakfast was ok but not exciting, staff (as always in Holland) very pleasant and helpful. Yes, I would certainly come again

The size of the room

The location is very close to the Melkweg venue which is great if you are a person who likes going to concerts and its also one tram away from central and its easy to go everywhere from there.

it would be good to have an iron in the rooms and i wish the check in was on time but apart from that its ok.

A well located hotel, close to lots of the main tourist attractions whilst not being right in the middle of a loud area. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with varying choices from day to day, with staples such as cereals and toast staying the same. A great start to the day :)

The hairdryer wasn't as powerful as I would like, as we only stayed for 4 days I managed with it. However it was frustrating that the hairdryer did cut off because it was too hot and I had only had the hairdryer on for 5 mins. Besides that everything was great.

The property is in a great location. Right near tram stops and walking distance to Jordaan and central Amsterdam. Easy check in/check out. Rooms were super comfortable. Staff were helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated! Overall, a really comfortable and nice place for our stay in Amsterdam.

Just probably need to make it a bit clearer about laundry costs. I do see now it says on booking.com additional charge but the guide in room mentions nothing about cost (makes it seem complimentary) and reception staff didn’t say anything when dropped off. Ended up being charged 50 euros.

We had a court yard facing room, and we have never experienced such quiet in any city accomodation that we've stayed at. The design of the courtyard blocked all the traffic noise at night, and we slept well! The air conditioning worked well, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast as well as the eating area were superb. We highly recommend this place. It's well located. We will stay there again when we return to Amsterdam.

There was an odour coming from the shower drain that was noticeable upon entering the bathroom, and it needed some attention.

Excellent staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Wonderful location for museums. And I particularly like their ethos of personal choice as to if and when you want your room cleaned.

Booking .com is the biggest and only nuisance. The repeated messages and requests for analysis is a waste of my time. I have already rated this hotel - immediately after my stay- and this is annoying . Booking.com sends way too many messages and unnecessary requests. For EVERY HOTEL I booked.

Well-situated near Leidseplein, offering multiple tram routes to move easily about the area. Room offered reasonably good soundproofing despite being right off the front lobby and facing the street on the ground level. Breakfast options were limited but reasonable.

Hotel did not have a restaurant beyond serving breakfast, which made things a little more complicated. The hotel also did not offer regular maid service -- this isn’t necessarily bad, but surely housekeeping could stop by daily to clear rubbish?

Location was fabulous.

Not forthcoming about parking. Initial inquiry they said they used hotel parking for €40 per night. Inquired about address to drive to on arrival... no response, we arrived and found out that it was actually a valet service to some undisclosed location or the other options were street parking at €53 per night or the nearby garage at €67 per night with poor ratings. We eventually found alternative parking with excellent security a solid 15 min walk away at Albert cuyp parking. Still €€€for a couple of nights but secure. Bathroom is overdue for an overhaul. Mold has set into the tile grout.

Location was good and the place itself was clean. The room was adequately equipped and basic requirements were there. Soundproofing was good and there was no noise. Great sights as well from the upper floors.

Literally pretty much impossible to get into: There was no one at the desk and the front door was locked. Took a bit too much time to get in. During winter time at least the upper floor rooms are very cold.
