Location is superb - we had the M lounge access - drinks and snacks are free in the evening.helpful people in the reception.

Room cleaning is not done everyday - unless asked for! I didn’t realise this - we faced a similar situation in Mariott Mumbai , india . Breakfast is a bit limited for my taste - but unlimited snacks / drinks / tea / coffee more than makes up for it .

the towels are small and extremely rough there is no actual closet even if there is space for it the doors don’t always close behind you which is extremely unsafe the staff does not always answer the phone

Really great stay, reliable, roomy, excellent location and v clean. Staff were great and attentive. Great to stay with children. Easy, near tram, galleries and centre but not noisy at all. Good temperature in rooms, really relaxing rooms, blackout curtains and very comfy beds. On arrival we had to wait a little while because of some very demanding and rude customers but staff dealt with it so gracefully. I felt sorry for the staff with these type of guests. My mum left her mobile phone in the hotel room and the staff arranged for it to be couriered to UK very cheaply. They were so helpful.

The only issue was our room door which twice was left unlocked and slightly ajar by cleaning staff when we returned from having been out all day. The staff said they would fix this security risk immediately. This was the only issue we had while staying.

Great location in heart of museum district and close to centre. Very welcoming lobby area and super front of house team. The family room we booked had two double beds and while a view would have been nice it was decent size, comfortable beds and with good amenities. Bathroom was good with decent shower and a bath. This Works toiletries throughout. One tiny complaint is that hotel rooms seem to so rarely have towel hooks or holders. Coffee machine and kettle provided which was great although some cold milk would have been a nice touch. breakfast buffet and service all good and everyone v friendly All in all v happy with our choice. Special mention to Zafer the concierge who was awesome - really helpful, friendly and accommodating. He was excellent. And thanks to Mina for checking us in - the tip about breakfast and the little chocolate treats !

Nothing I didn’t like really

Perfect stay made to feel like royalty when arriving and very accommodating during our stay it has been our best accommodation by far in our years of travelling

Upon checking out the lady was extremely rude i didn’t catch her name properly but we are sure it is yulia or something like that she didn’t seem to have any customer service whatsoever she acted superior to anyone else rolling her eyes and merely shouting at us we felt very let down on and extremely intimidated by this and it was enough to ruin our last few moments of the trip that we would consider not staying here again this is nothing compared to the rest of the staff who were brilliant during our stay and we can’t thank them enough for this.

Location: absolutely perfect. Transit easily accessible and the bus to Schiphol is right in front of hotel. Don't bother with cabs to/from! Room was upgraded upon arrival, and per advance request we checked in early at 10:30! Much appreciated. Quiet, comfortable, lovely view of city, Housekeeping was exceptional: room absolutely pristine on return from the day's outings. Concierge knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Belldude was patient and extremely helpful upon our arrival with room confusion : Was under the impression 2 single beds were offered as part of the Deluxe Room, but alas no.

Mattress could have been softer, pillows firmer. Food in restaurant was pretty awful.

loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel & efficiency of the staff. Great bar area to regroup either before heading out or after a day being a tourist. really nice shower with good water pressure and probably the best hair dryer in a hotel I’ve used. I don’t usually stay at chain hotels b/c of the cost when in Europe but this was nice. Loved Amsterdam!!

We definitely paid for the convenience of being in a great area. Almost $700 a night and not high season yet, for a Marriott. also very thin walls. However, still a very nice place for a first time stay in Amsterdam.

This is a really great hotel to stay in Amsterdam. The rooms are functional and clean - and reasonably spacious for the city. The location is just at the edge of the canal belt and close to museums and shopping. Breakfast is great and has long hours. For me, 24 hour, good gyms are important when jet lagged. This one was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. It's not cheap but you do get value for money.

Convenient location to walking, trams, buses, taxis. M lounge a great feature for breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks.

Temperature in room not able to regulate. Was cool when we first got there and then after we raised the temperature it got too warm and could not get it cooled down again.
