Very clean, helpful staff straight from the get go.

Unfortunately the computer system went down, and we were waiting over an hour to get to our room. Which meant the purpose of booking the room would've defeated the purpose of booking so close to the venue of the show we were going to that night. There were no other options to get ready unless using the gym or public toilets in the foyer. We also expected friends to arrive and we all had to wait in the foyer. OTHER THAN THIS... everything was perfectly fine. But would hope that if systems went down again, there'd be other options instead of sitting in the lobby.

Loved the room, the comfort of the bed and pillows. The spaciousness of the bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the whole hotel seemed to be a priority - which is what you want as a guest. All the facilities were immaculate, quiet and clean

There was nothing in the room for eating, such as plates, cutlery etc. I had to pop downstairs to reception/bar to grab what I might need. Also, the entrance was hard to find, the GPS took me the wrong way, and since I am not from AKL it took me a while to find the entrance, I parked in a local carpark and walked down until I found the entrance.

Exceptional hotel which i cant beleive ive never stayed at in Auckland! The rooms were lovely and reception was really cool with lots of little extra touches that made you realise you were staying somewhere special. Prompt and courteous staff and check in/out was seamless. The churchill roof bar was FABULOUS!!!

Actually getting into the hotel is a bit hard due to the roadworks and the footpath up off queen street is very uneven..... all of this is outwith the hotels control though - and definately worth the annoyance!

Room was to standard which we expected. Staff we friendly and helpful, and supported our request. Building works outside the hotel was an issue however the hotel could not be responsible for this. Parking at the hotel was high, however the staff did suport our request for a discount.

Building works right outside the hotel on all sides. not the hotels responsibility however it would of been good to know what was going on so getting to the hotel would not have been an issue, especially on a raining day.

I wasn’t happy at all as i requested for room decor to celebrate my husband’s birthday but all i saw in the room was 3 balloons that to white balloons. However when i called the hotel two days prior to get update on the room decor they were sure they will do it but on the day when i called the hotel before check in they completely denied that they don’t remember about room decoration. Literally did not expected this as have stayed in so many other luxury properties and there service had always been top notch. Literally felt ripped off by paying so much for one night and did not even enjoyed

My stay at Four Points Sheraton in Auckland was truly exceptional. From start to finish, it exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. It allowed me to easily explore Auckland, with many attractions and amenities just a stone's throw away. This convenience was a huge plus for me, as it made my trip much more enjoyable. The beds in this hotel are unbelievably comfortable and also reasonably priced.. After a long day of exploring the city, sinking into a cozy bed was pure bliss. I slept soundly throughout my stay, and that's a testament to the quality of their accommodations. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at Four Points Sheraton was outstanding. The meals were delicious. It's worth noting that I paid more at other places in the past and didn't receive the same level of quality. This hotel's dining options truly impressed me. One standout feature of my stay was the flexibility regarding checkout times. Four Points Sheraton was the only place I stayed in New Zealand that allowed me to have a late checkout until 12 noon. This made my departure day stress-free and allowed me to enjoy a leisurely morning before leaving. In conclusion, I highly recommend Four Points Sheraton Auckland. It offers comfort, convenience, incredible food, and great value for your money. My stay there was undoubtedly the highlight of my time in Auckland, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another exceptional experience.

Honestly I don't have anything bad. Food was a bit expensive but it was sooo good.

I don't know why they treated our own Kiwis untrustable. They asked me to pay $ 100 bonds if I used Etpos or even used direct debit card. I paid cash and they required me to provide a credit card. I don't use credit card and I prefer use cash or direct debit card. I don't use credit card which doesn't mean I have a bad credit. I don't use credit card because I don't like to end up a lot of bills. Judging a customer whether using a credit card or not is very impolite and very irrespective.

I made my booking through booking.com however i was really trying to book through the Marriot Bonvoy app like what I did when we were in Osaka. What I thought was quite uncomforting, 3-4 months before the trip I wanted to book but all that was listed say in Auckland were the Suites room but booking,com had rooms that were more reasonable for my need. When we got to the hotel, I wanted to book an extra night but they said to do it through bookimg.com, either to get same rate or whatever. I tried to check the BONVOY app but again it only listed suites eventhough they said they still have ROOMS like what we got (king size and double bed). I was hoping to give the business to Marriot but just to book an extra night is so inconvenient. We eventually booked next door at Mecure hotel.

Couldn’t rate more highly! The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and the location is great. Absolutely love that The Churchill Gin Bar is on the top floor of this hotel! Definitely go up there for sunset into evening cocktails, it’s a must do! Without even asking the staff upgraded us from a King corner Suite to a King Corner Suite with a View - it had stunning views of the sky towel and city lights at night - there were even views from the bathtub! Highly recommend a room with a view! It just made our weekend escape that much more special! We also got a 12pm checkout which was wonderful. We had breakfast with the stay as well and the breakfast was good, I would highly recommend getting the omelette that they make fresh and hot for you. The hot breakfast in the warmers (scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, baked beans, sausages and mushrooms) was almost cold, which was the only let down. The croissants, danish’s etc and the rest of the continental breakfast was good and there was a decent selection.

The only thing they could improve on was keeping the hot breakfast in the warmers more hot. I had nothing to complain about with the hotel itself, it was wonderful!

As soon as we arrived staff were very accomodating. They welcomed us with smiling faces and a friendly nature. All our items were efficiently taken from the car a carefully placed in our room by staff. Location was close to night life attractions and eateries. The lobby was gorgeously decorated and very spacious. We had a beautiful breakfast at their restaurant which had a large variety of food and drink to choose from. We ordered room service the night of and it was some of the best food we had. The room was gorgeous with a killer view!! At night it was beautiful to see the city lights from one of the 40+ floors.
