Staff were pleasant and helpful. Everything we needed in the unit. Comfortable beds. Freezer best size we had in south. Milk in glass bottle not uht sachet. Requested ground floor and was accomodated. Immaculately clean. . Room met what was shown online - not deceiving. Not too far from town. Thank you. Would recommend.

Laundry available for use although a bit compact and $5 each load. Owner offered extra service going out of her wayn putting my washing in commercial dryer as 2 of us trying to use wasn't ideal. Thanks Sunny. Only thing that could improve would be a dishwasher and bigger TV screen and netflicks. These days we mostly have 65" tvs in our homes and go away to smaller. The TV here was bigger than most so definitely in the better tvs on our trip. Of course for the price was excellent value for money

Room 4 was comfy, bathroom recently updated bright, clean and tidy and a nice little kitchen area that you could prepare a simple meal, jug, toaster and microwave. Plus all the extras you need in a kitchen plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, frypan etc. Separate bedroom with a large queen sized bed, wardrobe, iron etc.

We checked in super late, an was without a fuss very welcoming and beautiful set out room, great size TV, great sized shower and facilities, nicely set kitchen with all the extras, they allowed my dogs to stay in the room on their own bedding, the bed was very comfortable and the room was pre heated for comfort as I travel with my baby(8m) lovely added condiments

Stayed twice this trip. Had 2 different units, both clean and comfortable. Lovely, pleasant and helpful Staff. Our unit was serviced every day and was always left clean and tidy. Although it is on a busy main road, traffic noise is hardly noticeable and we were always able to find a carpark on the property. Wonderful and friendly management. Will book in here again.

Whats not to like? Every thing was wonderful

Was really close to everything you need, close to mall and so easy to find! staff went above and beyond to make your stay perfect! The little things in the room like make up wipes, shampoo & conditioner, moisturiser and even Netflix were such a lovely surprise! Motel was so well set up, best I’ve stayed in!

I liked Sunny!! She was our host and simply outstanding with all the interactions we had. Without a doubt, she was so incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in our stay. Even asking before we headed off, if we felt well rested enough to head home overseas. Everything about our stay was great 👍

Nothing at all!

We had the two bedroom apartment. Comfortable and warm with good pressure shower and spa bath. The beds were lovely and comfortable with quality linen. We loved being able to take our two small dogs and the empty section next door was good for the dogs. The location was good as well easy to find.

The sofa was on an angle to the TV so was a bit uncomfortable to watch TV side on. But a small issue we could have moved the sofa. We would definitely stay again.

clean, well set out, some little but appreciated extras, eg bath salts for the spa bath. I also appreciated access to Netflix on a cold wet windy Christchurch day

location is reasonably convenient for out of city activities and airport but not good if you didn’t have a vehicle

Motel was great and got lots of sun. Bed was really comfy and warm and owners/staff were lovely! Thank you so much for letting our pup stay aswel! The location was really good aswel, lots of things close by so didnt have to venture too far.
