The room was great for the price, checking in and out was super easy and it was a comfortable place to spend a night. I also appreciated the free drink vouchers. The hot chocolate packets were also tasty! Room was small but had everything I needed.

Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom area - mainly the drain covers had a build up on them but honestly didn't bother me that much. Everything else was clean and tidy.

A great place for a decent price. We booked the family room which was spacious, warm, and cosy. Parking was possible right outside the room. There were two rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 4 singles. Each bed had a heated blanket which made for a very comfortable sleep. The location was quiet and close to a few restaurants and bars, and our stay included two drink vouchers from the bar. We were provided with tea, coffee, milk, and a small kitchenette. The bathroom had soap and shampoo, as well as towels for each guest.

Nothing major, but the place was a bit tricky to find, as there aren't any large boards or signs but overall, not too much of a hassle. The other downside is that the family room only has one bathroom, which might make things difficult if you're in a hurry.

Warren & I really loved our stay at Redwood and we will definitely be back again. We chose the basic room which was fine but next time we will upgrade. Your breakfasts and all meals are superb. Excellent value for money and the restaurant meals were sumptious. It was so good that you provided drinks at a reasonable price. And all this is without your friendly staff, and the cat. Thank you SO MUCH.

This was my fault. I shouldn't have picked the basic room. There was nothing wrong with it. So nice having little treats to eat each day. Probably the decor was a bit dated but we still loved it.

The room is large enough to allow us to spread out 5 suitcases at a time, which is convenient for family packing! It is suitable for accommodation before departure to the airport, but it is more convenient to have a car as a means of transportation

The laundry room equipment is very new, but I don't know why some rags are placed in the washing machine. There is only one washing machine and dryer, but no other occupants use it. We are lucky! The laundry room is very convenient for our family travel.

Beds were very comfy. Linen was nice and so were pillows. Room was big, with plenty of room to move about. Lots of extra bedding available. Portacot was in the room as requested, and there was lots of bedding for baby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Shower was good. Restaurant/Bar had great pizza. Access to a full kitchen was fantastic.

Wifi connection was terrible for us.

Room was clean and warm, towels and all needed toiletries were restocked each day. There were plentiful tea, coffee and hot chocolate options in the room, as well as small biscuits and even - no kidding - a packet of Bluebird potato chips to snack on. Check-in (with a bottle of fresh milk) and check-out was easy and all of the staff were friendly and cheerful. The attached bar and restaurant felt welcoming and the food and refreshments were great value; we were happy to dine there three nights in a row.

Honestly, my only comment would be that it would be nice to see a more environmentally-friendly and cruelty-free brand of shampoo, and I would be happy to pay a higher room rate in recognition of the higher cost of ethically-produced products.

This place looks very modest from the outside, but we were absolutely delighted when we entered our room, it was exactly what we wanted. A nice family suite with single beds in one room for the kids and a nice queen size bed for the parents. Everything was nice and tidy and in good order, despite some of the fittings, i.e. the bathroom being very old (circa 1970s) it was very tidy and clean and in good order. There was a TV in each room which kept everyone happy.

Management and staff were great. Room 60 was a great size and well laid out. Accomodation although older was much better than some previous more expensive rooms we stayed in.Meals in the restaurant were very reasonably priced and plates were loaded so much we couldnt eat it all. Overall 10/10 and very happy with our stay. The complementary drinks were a great start and after a long drive having drinks and a meal in the same complex was great.Locals were utilizing the amenities in numbers and so we expected good things and were not dissappointed.

The staff were so friendly, after a big day I took one of my 3 year old granddaughters in to book in, the staff member offer her a lolly, she asked if her little sister could have one please so the staff who served us gave the 3 year old a whole bowl full which made her day. Unit was warm as heating and lights on in prepartion for us arriving after dark. The family one bedroom was huge lots of space, tv in bedroom and lounge. Clean and well presented. The lovely staff realised we may well need a 6th bed (2 3 year old toddlers) so put a fold away up in the room and provided everything for 6 people. No questions asked.

The family studio room was spacious, clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and well made. The staff were friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. The additional snacks and complimentary drinks vouchers were a nice touch and unexpected for a budget accommodation. The bathroom was large and came with a bath which was a great with young kids.

The bathroom was a little dated, the shower head needed an upgrade and was lacking an extractor fan. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night we went which is somewhat understandable given Covid times but it would have been nice if staff had informed us at check in.
