The location was great, not to far into the CBD so was relatively quiet in comparison to other places. The bathroom was clean, the room was spacious and felt like we were at home. Netflix and a smart TV was great for relaxing after a busy day. Breakfast was so cute! I loved the options we were given. The bed was comfortable and we slept so well! The room itself was so warm too. I can’t rate this place enough! Also, their reception smells incredible! Wish I’d asked what diffuser they had in there.

The lights outside under the private balconies can be really bright, but it wasn’t an issue for my partner at all. He fell asleep totally fine and once I was asleep it wasn’t an issue.

We had a beautiful room, really comfy, homely feel.. loved having Netflix! Nice and close to the mall.. 10minute walk.. fish and chip shop near by, which was really good too! The lady was really lovely,accommodating and friendly. Also loved that there was more than one bottle of milk for coffees!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The showers were very loud! I was woken up quite early by someone in the room next to or above us, having a rather long shower.. lol. Our shower was also very loud/groany. But everything else was fantastic!

Absolutely smooth experience. Breakfast was provided 12 hours in advance which worked splendidly given our early departures each day. Very well looked after by Ingrid (this time) who catered to every need of ours. Rooms were comfortably, spacious, clean and equipped with all that we needed. There's good parking space here and driving in and out was a breeze. Also got very helpful tips from Ingrid about the neighbourhood and what to find where. Great job. Keep it up.

Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast provided was really good and was a good start to full on days. The house keeping was done on a daily basis and it was awesome to return back to a clean room with dishes done as well. The house keeping lady was very friendly and made you feel very welcome.

Our room was near the main road and it was very noisy at times especially at night when you wanted to have a good rest.

Efficient. Great location. Clean. Ms Water was very helpful. She was very considerate. Our breakfast was provided to us at the time of check in (evening) because we were to leave very early in the morning. They adhere to standards - the bed linenand pillow covers were clean and fresh. Bathroom was adequately stocked. The rooms were well appointed.

One observation: the beds were a bit awkwardly placed leaving no room for lighting near the other bed.

Our hostess was warm and welcoming from the first contact through messages to arriving and continued until we left. Our room was big and exactly suited our needs. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Parking was in front of our area. We requested accommodation in a quiet area and received it :-)

The air con above the bed dripped after it was turned on. We did not report it because we forgot too... our apologies. Nearly tripped over at the door a couple of times as it was a step up. These things however did not affect our opinion on the awesome service that we were given. Would I come back again? Absolutely 💯

The room was spacious, well-located and also had all the facilities we needed. My partner and I stayed here on two different nights and both stays were very comfortable. The toilet was huge and had a supply of shampoo, conditioner and soap. There was even a nice range of light breakfast provided which we really appreciated. Location was wonderful too, and was near a huge mall which we enjoyed visiting. Would definitely come back the next time we’re in Christchurch. Thanks so much! :)

Everything was great, just that the hand soap bottle was empty during both of our stays but this wasn’t too big of an issue.

Very clean and spacious room. Enjoyed the large bathroom with rain shower. The complimentary breakfast provided in the room was a nice touch!

The AC got a little loud in the middle of the night. I turned it off and cracked open the balcony windows for some fresh air, but unfortunately that let in some traffic noise especially during morning rush hour.

The units were spacious,,and the attention to detail around the breakfast was so endearing..thank you for a beautiful memory..really exceptional!,! Well done !!! The beds were super comfortable and sufficient blankets was a nice touch !

Our toilet seat was loose ..but that's just because we need to make you aware..it was really wonderful otherwise ..

Breakfast was an excellent inclusion with a great variety. Daily housekeeping service was great. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Walkable to shopping centre. Cute balcony. Spacious room with lovely little kitchenette.

Based on a main road so some traffic noise and street lighting for those rooms closer to road.
