Location is perfect. We came for an athletics event at Caledonian Park and it was so close. Walking distance to a park for morning trainings and supermarket also walking distance. Place was comfortable and clean. My kids enjoyed the space. Very clean and tidy. The hosts were so nice and gave us extra towels to use and return when we went to the pools. Would definitely stay again.

First walk in, the smell of cigarettes was pretty strong. But after leaving windows open for half a day the smell disappeared. The beds were a little uncomfortable but manageable for a short stay. Was still a great place to stay. My kids did not complain, which is a good sign.

Location was good. There was an equipped kitchen and New World very close by, which meant wd could cook meals if we had time. Our flight was delayed, but they stayed on until we arrived. Staff are nice and cleaning is included daily which at that price we did not expect. Make sure to try the bagels from the shop for your breakfast and lunch....

Cappark was a bit crammed but manageable. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/bodywash as they only supply bar soap, lotion and moisturiser .... you can also buy them from pharmacy / new world nearby but they didn't have small packages on sale.

The room and bed were huge. Having the bedroom in the loft was a great idea as it separated my personal and work spaces which was ideal. When I informed the owner of issues with the bathroom he was super friendly, supportive and attentive to my needs! I also had a dedicated work desk area which was ideal for my working holiday trip! The location is central with good parking. Loved how my back door led to a lovely garden so the views were great from my working space! Clean, comfy and spacious. Also, very quiet and tranquil!

More storage space for luggage downstairs would be great. A wardrobe downstairs would help too under the stairs. Although there were single armchairs in the living room you also need a comfy couch to maximise the experience.

Easy check in, friendly staff. A pleasant surprise to be given an upgrade. Great location, walking distance to cafes, bars and supermarket. Botanic gardens just across the road and frequent buses.

We've been here a couple of times and love this place, which is clean and comfy, but the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade e.g. the shower pressure could be improved and peeling paint on the windowsill. Also, I would rather see refillable shampoo and shower gel containers than small plastic tubes that aren't recyclable.

Spacious, convenient, comfortable, warm. Loved the white robes and matching slippers. And the loft bedroom.

Kitchen tap not secured properly, mirrors in odd places, shower head cover loose, toilet seat loose, shower head bit low for a tall person, tight parking spaces, stair rail loose. Just little things. I could have fixed most of things myself but didn’t pack my shifter. 😉 And although slightly in convenient didn’t affect the overall pleasant experience.

The guy on reception was very helpful and gave me a lot of suggestions of things to do. One was to visit Mount Cargill, which I did and the views were spectacular. I walked back to the accommodation from town and it only took 30 mins at a slow pace. Facilities were clean, shower was great.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't disrupt me too much.

Apartment was warm and roomy. It had a great layout. Shower had excellent pressure and having bath robes was a nice touch.

Even though parking was assigned it was annoying when people parked in your park - this happened several times. Better signage would help solve this problem. House keeping needed reminding each day to stock up supplies. The bed was hard and needs at least a foam topper pad.

Cute loft room, clean, comfy bed. Easy check-in. Windows that open! In NEV close to supermarket, nice cafes and botanic gardens.

Note in bathroom says to leave towels on rail if we want to keep them - they were taken anyway and so was the bar of soap we were using to wash our hands (replaced with a new one in wrapping again). We are environmentally conscious and it was a shame to waste! Parking is free but very small spaces that are hard to navigate into.

Location, and quiet. It's a five-minute walk to one of the entrances to the city's Botanic Garden, which is a wonderful site. We visited every day. Crossing the botanic garden (10 minutes if you decide to walk straight through, much more if you wander) takes you (5 minutes) to the lovely university grounds, then to downtown (10-15 minutes). It's all within walking distance. A large grocery store's also a 4-minute walk away. Our room (#5) had a great view of a wee back garden. Ask for it.

The unit is incredibly spacious. The lounge and kitchen space were good. As were the bedroom and Bathroom space. Lots of amenities and bonuses like Heated electric blanket.

HOWEVER. When you look a little closer there are flaws. The bed was cheap and on springs it just wasn't the best or great for that matter. The kitchen cutlery was not properly clean and ALOT of bleach is used in the bathroom for cleaning.
