The room was comfortable, but the overall highlight was definitely the spa. It was a nice way to finish a busy day of work in the area.

When I arrived back to the motel one night, all the carparks were taken. This was frustrating, but I parked my car somewhere that wasn't in anyone's way. It would be good if staff could monitor the parking areas, because there's not really the ability to park on the road. This was a minor issue though.

Loved the accommodation and good size. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Good aircon. Parking onsite. Toiletries and tea/coffee etc and milk provided. Friendly staff. Loved that Jark's for dinner is across the road (need to book) and is very nice with amazing service.

If you don't like traffic noise then bring air-plugs. This is not all night as traffic goes quiet. I still liked this accommodation and that would be the only factor that puts off some people.

We had the one bedroom room for 3 nights which was super spacious and comfortable for our family. The kids could happily play without crowding the kitchen/bathroom area. Facilities were good and the beds were comfy although quite soft. Great bathroom counter space for toiletries etc, usually so small and crowded. Very comfortable!

Only down fall was the couch which looked super gruby and in need of a deep clean.

Reception could have been more informative about facilities. That there was a gym and more engaging. Also requested for early check in the morning and got an email however we still had to wait until 2pm after travelling that morning form afar - was tiresom.

I didnt actually use the spa bath due to lack of time in the unit I was only able to use the shower facility and kitchenette, these were more than adequate for my requirements

There was actually nothing I didnt like. Upon arrival I needed some printing for work at short notice which they were able to help me with. Then on Saturday night I needed some towels for work laundered and when I came back from dinner they were folded and in my room. Fantastic service I cannot fault :)

The unit was very spacious, spotlessly clean and fresh, with a simple, tasteful decor. It provided a quiet and private setting. The motelier was unaware that we had requested a few hours extra stay confirmed through Booking.com however, they kindly allowed us to do so.

The bathroom was lovely and well lit however, a concern is that the tile floor becomes slippery following use of the shower/bath. The heat pump setting was low and could not be turned up on a winter's night.

Spacious, clean and tidy, room was cleaned daily and staff were welcoming and friendly. The complimentary shower products were awesome and smell devine! The spa was perfect and hot water always available (very large tubs). Love coming here whenever visiting friends and family in the area.

(Very minor) Placement of TV may be better on a wall but not a big deal if you don't spend a lot of time in room watching it :)

The room was large, comfortable, clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was located close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our night here. Wish we could have stayed longer to use the Spa bath as it looked awesome!

There was some confusion with payment coming through from Booking.com, the gent as reception asked me to pay when I was checking in and then again when checking out even though I told him I paid fully upfront with Booking.com. That made Sunday morning a bit stressful as I had to spend 20minutes on a chat trying to ensure I would not be charged again.

The room was really large with plenty of space. The spa bath was awesome, really large and great for relaxation after a long day.

The location was really noisy, we had an upstairs end unit right on the corner of a really busy intersection/roundabout and the traffic noise was loud and constant.

Room looked nice. But unfortunately, I had to check out 30mins after check in as I had an emergency at Wellington hospital to attend to.

Understand that I had an emergency but still got charged for both nights. Even though the hotel was able to rebook the room for both nights.
