Everything was within walking distance Restaurants, Parks ,Shops etc very handy! And the view from our room was beautiful to wake up to

Only negative comment from us was the stains on the ground little baby cockroaches in the bathroom running around. Must be coming up from the pipes also the fan in the bathroom was just making noise not actually working. Otherwise everything else happy guests.

Extremely good location. Short walk to town and all of the Marine Parade amenities. Very nice, helpful staff. We stayed over Christmas and were surprised to see cleaning staff on duty. They were very cheerful.

Only very basic TV channels. We were not expecting to have to show our vaccination passes. It wasn't a problem , but travelers need to be prepared and to choose somewhere else if not vaccinated.

I love the location and it's so handy..Beautiful motel, beautiful room..we booked the room at the ocean view and we didn't expect that our room are so nice n big and we love the spa pool inside the bedroom. And we have a lovely stay at the motel for only 2 nights. Can't wait to come back and stay their again.

I didn't like the bed, make me n my husband's backs really sore when we woke up in the morning, and the mirror in the bathroom not clean properly, you can see water stain on the mirror and finger prints on cupboards other than that we really enjoyed our staying at the Motel for only 2 nights. Don't want to leave haha

We booked the family suite which meant we had a private parking spot right in front of our place - very convenient and easy to get our luggage into the room. Staff were lovely and helped with anything we needed. Very comfortable beds and spacious suite with a nice spa.

Our Netflix wasn’t working however the receptionist tried his best to get it working. Not anything bad but just keep in mind that the hotel is also shared with the Shoreline hotel, was a little confusing at first especially because they look the same.

Great location and very spacious living room with lovely sea views and deck. Large bathroom.

The rooms are getting a bit tired but exterior painting was happening during our stay so perhaps the interior is next. A sock was found under one of the beds, hence the lower "cleanliness" rating, but clean apart from that.

Great location , friendly reception, very clean bed linen and good parking.

For people just over 5 feet tall it is very difficult to reach the toaster, and jug so high up and impossible to safely get the fry pan down, suggest toaster and jug are left on the bench. Could do with 2 tea towels please The bath/ shower needs a safety rail / handle, quite dangerous for older people without it and the toilet seat is very low The fridge has a broken leg

Very well laid out and spacious room. Handy to town and foreshore. Big TV in bedroom and streaming service. nice kitchenette. Lovely big round spa bath.

Spa bath jets did not work but was still comfortable. Though wife my had 2 broken knees a few years ago and did not feel safe get into it a grab rail would have helped. It was a new block to the Motel and welll done except some of he fittings were old and were being reused, especially the toilet seat which was worn with cracking not fitting the rest of the unit

Great location, clean and very roomy. I loved the huge spa bath. It was fantastic to be able to walk into town and have the beach right at your doorstep. Loved that it was quiet too.

The only fault was that the lounge furniture was uncomfortable a small hard couch and two very hard chairs.

great location, staff friendly. Wanted to iron a couple of things, ironing board was broken, had to phone normal phone number from my mobile as pressing 0 from the room phone didn’t work but a lovely staff member delivered a brand new ironing board within minutes which was awesome! Shower pressure was also excellent! Spa bath great too.

very tired property which is in dire need of an upgrade, especially for the price you pay to stay

Room was lovely and the venue was close to the beach. The admin people were very helpful. The room was clean and well presented.

I couldn't order breakfast because I arrived late in the vening. I think that the front desk closes too early. A map of the venue showing where my room was would have been helpful.
