Stayed here for 15days and couldn't have picked a better motel. What stood out the most was the cleanliness, the place was spotless and soft furnishings were pristine. (no ugly bed spread that most motels do not wash) Pros: Kitchen was fully kitted out (minus an oven) with every utensil you would need (cheese grater, Tupperware, pans & pots, wine glasses, mugs + all the usual etc.), comfortable beds with assortment of blankets, cushions and heated blankets, there was also a pedestal fan as well as a heater in the living space. The bedroom had lots of storage for clothes and/or luggage plus an ironing board & iron and its own TV. The laundry facilities have 2 washers and dryers plus an outdoor clothes hanger; detergent is provided. The rooms are large and spacious and everything has been thought of to make your stay have all of comforts of a home. They provide toiletries and tea/coffee. We had no complaints and the owner Denise was super friendly and gave us great tips on exploring Invercargill. We don't like to use house-keeping every day and the staff respected this and we were able to ask for anything we needed anytime. The owners live on the property and clearly take great pride in their business. My partner works remotely and had no issues with the wifi.

Denise was very welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable so was the bed, a must have when travelling. Had everything we needed for our one night stay and if you needed anything Denise was more than happy to accommodate. Loved our stay. Would highly recommend 😊

An ice tray would be great for the Aussies who love ice in their drinks and most other places we stayed had soap and shampoo not that it mattered as we did have our own . Just those little touches can make a difference

I forgot my glasses and reader under my pillow, but not to worry the boss himself drove out to Invercargill airport to bring them to me. Not many places would offer such kind service.

very clean, lovely to have a tv at the end of the bed. close to the main centre. very good facilities and value for money.

we were in Invercargill on an unseasonably hot day and it would have been nice to have some aircon, but happy to have all the windows open.

Great place to stay, you can’t hear the neighbours in the next room, beds are super comfortable, as is the couch, great shower pressure and room was serviced, would definitely stay again.

Denise the owner was so lovely and nothing was a bother for her! The room was beautiful and well equipped to be able to cook our own meals. Lots of space and a very pleasant stay.

It's an older-style motel, a bit dated, as I expected it would be, but duly reflected in the price so Ok anyway.

Even though the weather was very cold it was always nice and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great supply of tea, coffee and sugar. Very comfortable with everything we needed

The bed was a bit firm. Nothing that a mattress topper couldn't fix

Excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble, informative and obliging. Would definitely recommend this spotlessly clean motel. Easy walking sistance into centre. Where good restaurants and bars are

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Very comfy, like double bed in separate room instead altogether in the one room.

The signage out front could do with light going as difficult to see premises when dark at night and raining.
