Healthy fresh fruit salad and host even ensured gluten free cereal, bread and treats available. Well presented. Added extras were a nice surprise. Location good for day excursions to The Catlins and Fiordlands. Riverton was a nice day trip especially seeing the dolphins. Lovely friendly hosts and Vinnie the dog. Relaxing.

Excellent location. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. The room was huge and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast was very satisfying - including fruits from their garden. We were so well looked after and it felt like home from home. If we are ever able to come to Invercargill again, we would definitely stay here.

There was nothing to dislike.

This was our favorite stay on our whole trip! Clare and Saben were amazing hosts. Vinnie the schnauzer was a bonus. We were able to chat with them over breakfast and they gave us great recommendations. If you are looking for a beautiful farmhouse stay where you feel at home this is the place!

We drove into the lush green entrance and was given the best welcoming party ever! The cutest doggo named Vinny. Claire the host then showed us into her home and the peaceful garden she tends to creating the perfect getaway. The photoes are not the true representation of reality. Its better with your own eyes.

Stay was too short.

Our fantastic, friendly hosts have a beautiful home. They made us most welcome. The room was extremely comfortable, beautiful bathrobes were provided as the private bathroom was across the hall.

Our two hosts were most gracious and worked to meet all of our needs. The breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed our conversations with the hosts. Very much appreciated touring their veggie garden! You can't go wrong with this accommodation. We arrived late and Clare met up with warm banana bread and tea:)

Didn't have time for breakfast, sorry. Room very comfortable, host super friendly and went out of her way to offer me a salad and potatoes to have with my dinner. Tea and biscuits in the room great.

It would have been nice to have a TV in the room, this is the only negative aspect of my stay.

I had a last minute booking. Still Claire welcomed me warmly and when telling her, that I was not sure, if I find a place to stay for another night, she just comforted me and told me she will make a space, if I don't find anything. The bed was heaven and breakfast really good

My room was beautiful, gorgeous linen, lots of space and home comforts. Claire an excellent host thought of everything from robs, in room tea & coffee - plus electric blanket and heaters. I had a fab stay. The breakfast was a bonus, just perfect with fresh stewed tamarillo's and a beautiful view of the farm - plus the company of a wee little friendly Schnauzer! Would love to come back.

Lovely home to stay in. Exceedingly generous hospitality that made us feel very welcomed. We were spoiled with delicious breakfasts and stunning rural views. Warm, cosy and comfortable room for relaxing in the evening. Would love to stay at Whiteacres again someday.
