The location is perfect and the building is stunning. Loved the story of the post office and how it now lives again. Staff were super friendly and communication leading up to our stay was excellent. Comfy bed - too comfy lol...cheeky morning spa bath and wonderful coffee. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing. :)

If we could have stayed longer! Wish we booked another night. Just an iconic building and location - the sunset and the sunrise..just spectacular..everything was perfect.

We had a lovely big studio apartment - plenty of space to enjoy. The facilities were as expected for a Quest. The location was very good - a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The lady on reception gave us fantastic recommendation for dinner and breakfast. She was lovely.

the parking situation. There aren't many parking bays and the system should be improved. I checked in and got a note for my car, but by the time I then moved my car from the front of the hotel to the car park, someone had taken the space before checking in. I guess i didn't know the rules! With so few spaces, they should put in a booking system rather than have a free-for-all

Great central city location - everything was easy to walk to. Good room facilities, spacious and comfortable. Well appointed with everything you need to self-cater etc. We booked it because it had kitchen and laundry facilities as well as the location. Building is a bit tired and dated, but very clean. After-hours check in process was very easy, but parking instructions a little confusing, a better map would have been helpful.

Loved the room look, everything looked great

There was zero air flow in the room. The air was stale, there was no window that could be slightly opened for fresh air. The room had zero air conditioning There was a fan in the corner of the room that I switched on immediately as I walked into the room as it was so hot and stuffy in the room. The fan sounded like a little jet next my bed but I wasn't able to sleep without it on due to the heat. So tried to sleep with the fan noise without much success. Due to the lack of airflow in the room, the bathroom smelt of stale pee. I quickly showered and left the door shut for the remainder of my stay.

Room was spacious and well appointed. The place was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful

Parking is difficult. Spaces are very limited. There is on street parking but it is not so convenient and the free period ends at 8 or 9 so you need to be up and out early if you use that. If you are staying in the hotel for work then this is ok but not so if you are holidaying

The staff are Amazing! They are kind, courteous and do all they can to make guests stay as good as possible. For an old building it has been sympathetically renovated. Large comfortable rooms. Attractive and central.

Sadly the bathroom reminded me of a hospital,also being an internal bathroom there should be ventilation but there is none.No shower box so the bathroom flooded.Only outside parking and we were a bit iffy leaving our new car there.Boy racers are bad and noisy,apparently every weekend so wonder why the police do nothing

The room was great, very high ceilings, clean, modern and newly decorated. Comfortable bed. Appliances all in good order in the kitchenette. Quiet and although on a busy junction, not too much traffic noise to be heard as the windows all have sealed secondary glazing. Historic old building, sympathetically repurposed.

Location good for us but not in the centre of town and there were a lot of building works around the building (not a direct problem there were no noise issues during our stay).

Manager, Ms. LOUNG PHAM was simply amazing. She went out of her way and was very welcoming and accommodating. Exceeded my expectations. Place is very accessible to central and has some good restaurants around. Rooms very spacious and had what we needed. Parking on site. Hassle free check in. Staff & service is great.

I might be wrong and may be asking a but too much, I suppose the building may need a revamp of some sorts.

The location is excellent being close to eateriies, shops and attractions. The standard of accommodation is very good, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are very polite and efficient.

The designated car park is not big enough to accommodate all the guests vehicles. We had to park in the street one night which meant that the vehicle had to be shifted early the following morning to avoid parking meter fees.

We stayed 9 nights at Quest Invercargill. The staff are very helpful and lovely. The room was spacious and clean, close to amenities and town, parking available if not busy. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.
